One of 3 estimates all in the same ballpark for removal/replacement of crawlspace insulation + vapor barrier and sump pump installation, Andrew with Valley Insulation was ultimately able to identify the cause of water under our house - a $40 solution to what was originally a $3500 problem, no sump pump needed!

Insulation and vapor barrier work was completed in a timely manner a few weeks ago and he was back today to inspect - dry as a whistle amid a day of downpours. Valley Insulation assessed our situation, provided a detailed quote that described all the work they proposed, showed up on time, were very professional and they did an excellent job!

Our crawlspace was a mess! Ductwork was down and disconnected, vapor barrier needed replacement and sealing, water in the crawlspace, wet, moldy duct insulation - we were heating our crawlspace. Valley Insulation did an excellent job for a great price! We are very pleased. We have had two other contractors in the crawlspace to do other work after Valley Insulation completed the job.

We had Valley Insulation insulate our attic and crawl space, replace the vapor barrier in the crawl space, and seal our HVAC ducts. Valley did good work at a good price. The crews worked hard, were friendly, and always made sure things were done right, even when doing that took extra time. Cassidy (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Valley Insulation is a quality, local, family owned business.

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Valley Insulation! Cassidy and Mike are Very professional , on time, great communication, and always going above & beyond for our customers. One of my clients Rikki in Sublimity, OR called me today to let me know how great and respectful the workers were on site. On arrival Valley communicated with me to let me know the homeowner had a female cat and 5 kittens in the crawlspace. They went above and beyond to bring the cats carefully out of the crawlspace to place them in a safe place in homeowners sunroom.

Are you cold? Look no further for housing comfort!! This place can help you figure out insulation needs to keep your house warm. Proper insulation will also keep your house cool in the summer time. The prices are very reasonable and staff are friendly and quick. From what I've been told, this is a family business. Valley Insulation truly has the best interest of their clients in mind. During my first contact with them, I spoke to Andrew by phone and made a plan for how to address the concerns with our home. Rather than having an estimate, I scheduled for them to come out and complete the work. Andrew, Kevin and Rudi showed up on time and ready to go. They completed an analysis of my home to determine air flow and what improvements could be made to decrease draft. Prior to their visit I was provided an estimate for $750, based on the work that Andrew assumed would be needed based on our phone conversation

Andrew's team (sorry, don't remember their names), did a wonderful job on the wall insulation and sealed vapor barrier under the house.
