After receiving a bid, I left at least 5 messages with their answering service, and sent multiple e mails, all asking them to call back so we could schedule the work...crickets. Zero response over a 30-45 day period. I even told the answering service I was not receiving return calls and they were very surprised and assured me they would have them call back... crickets. It’s very disappointing because I really like and looked forward to working with them. If I could rate them a no star “0” I would. Very poor follow through and professionalism.
