He had the job, he just needed to write up a quote, get the parts and come back. Instead, he demanded a $75 "call fee" and got nothing but a bad review.
I called Cesar to take a look at a leak at my recently purchased home. We arranged the date and time and he showed up. After taking a look, he explained how he would address the problem. I told him I would hire him to do the job, but needed a quote. He then told me I owed him $75 for the visit. We NEVER DISCUSSED a "fee" to diagnose the problem. There are plenty of "free quote" plumbers out there. I have never encountered this type of unprofessionalism
