We had this company flush our instant water heater system. The technician Jared and his helper were great. That said there was a disconnect between what we were told and the work actually done. Basically our system was flushed. We were told the unit was going to be taken apart and cleaned as well as flushed. I asked workers about the disassemble and was told they did not have a vacuum on board and everything looked good. I feel we were overcharged for the flush at $450 and will not have them work here again.

My kitchen sink backed up on the day before Thanksgiving. I called another agency who I had used before and they said they would come out. At 4:00 in the afternoon I was told they couldn't come out after all and would be at my home on Friday. With a houseful of guests coming for Thanksgiving I had to have my sink fixed. After calling 6 plumbing companies Guardian said they would come out to my home, they were here within the hour, fixed the problem and were very clean and conscientious. There follow up was fantastic! They are no my first call for any plumbing need. I am one very happy

Just had Edward and his partner come out and installed my faucet and garbage disposal and I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, we are done using Guardian Plumbing for our families home or business repairs. We have had several jobs completed by them. They have become very over priced and I feel they take advantage of their customers. This last repair was a common pin hole in a 90 copper fitting. Easy to get to and I was over quoted by $400 than competitors with longer warranty's. Guardian quoted over $800, while competitors estimated $400. Before this job there was a water heater replacement. Guardian wanted $2,000 and ended up charging $3,000. Very disappointed.

As a return satisfied customer, I summoned them to clear one bathroom sink drain to which they responded. However, at first I was changed $332.00. After I complained I was told I was accidentally overcharged and they would reimburse me with a check for $100. $232.00 to clear one drain I feel is excessive and I shall request an appraisal before any work gets done if I use them again.

We reached out to Guardian for a fix on our dishwasher that needed to be installed before selling our house. They were quick to come out BUT where I have the problem is this. We needed one thing done and he gave me a price of over 250, when I handed the phone to my husband he was no way that job is worth that and he lowered it to 199. I feel because I was a female he tried to give me a higher price. So really question the estimate price because it seems it is negotiable if you complain about the cost.

I rent a very old apartment so therefore the plumbing is very old and challenging for anyone to repair. the drain pipe for my washer had rusted which in turn caused it to break off. After contacting two plumbing companies who never returned calls Guardian came to my rescue. Jimmy was my technician who went above and beyond to repair my pipes. I called Guardian to fix a seized up shower handle and valve. E.J. Was our technician who worked tirelessly for over 4 hours to get the job done. My shower is fixed and working perfectly. He had to replace the old valve by cutting it out and welding a new valve in place. Awesome work. Thank you E.J.!!!!

Our heater gave up after 22 years of service
Guardian team came out, we tried to resuscitate, but no luck
Approved a replacement, and voila, 3 hours later, we have a new heater and hot water once again.
The two guys were professional, did a great job and cleaned up when done.
Guardian will be on call for any upcoming issues.

We have used Guardian Plummer's for all of our plumbing issues. Today our shower and bathroom sinks were backing up. David Lopez came out on a holiday, rate was the same as any weekday. David Lopez was our technician, he was professional, courteous, through with his evaluation of the problem and gave us a fair price. Then went to work immediately to fix our plumbing issues. I requested for a quote from several different Plumbers. Guardian came in with the lowest quote so naturally I went with them. $900 cheaper than our first quote and a few hundred less than our 3rd quote. I spent four years with my kitchen sink where the hot water didn't come out. Up until this past winter my dry cracked hands could not take it anymore. I was always hesitant to call a plumber because of being overcharged. I got quotes from other plumbers but still delayed the service.
