John and his crew did an efficient job fixing the odds and ends that needed fixing on the home inspection list and also did the sewer testing on short notice so the escrow could close on time.
I know how slammed contractors are during the summer months especially this year. But he went the extra length to take care of previous clients --he had replaced a worn out living room deck for us-- and we really appreciate that everything was handled efficiently. Thanks guys!

We have a rental properties at Donner Lake and in one of them the carbon monoxide alarms went off. Greenside Plumbing responded quickly and checked it out. John discovered that the previous owner had a water heater installed improperly. He and his crew replaced the water heater and made sure everything was done right. In the future I will make sure anyone working on our properties is licensed to do the job. This could have been serious. Professional, polite staff. Quick response to our emergency request.

Thank you! Our water heater broke and we had several relatives arriving. No hot water. John was booked but told us he'd come over between jobs to take a look and would be at our home in Tahoe Donner before noon. He showed up as promised, looked it over and said it would need to be replaced. John had another emergency job to take care of and promised he would be pick up a new water heater for us on his way back from town. Chris stayed behind to start removing the old one. He and Chris got the new one installed and working that afternoon. I can't say enough how grateful we are. Very professional

Greenside Plumbing fixed a leaking toilet for us on short notice. We were worried that the new wood floor at our Northstar home would be damaged. John sent one of his employees over the same morning to take care of it, and then stopped by to make sure there were no other leaks or problems in the bathroom. It had been recently remodeled by another contractor who said the leak was not his problem and to call a plumber. Next time I need a remodel or repair I'll call John as he is a licensed general and plumbing contractor and handles emergency repairs as well.
