North Texas Pool Service Inc. has over 200 residential and commercial customers serving the Dallas Metroplex. We have a full time service manager with 30 years of experience in the pool business as well as 5 employees who have been servicing pools for many years. We service the Park Cities, North Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Rockwall, Murphy, Wylie, Sachse and Garland.
We've finally started to settle down from the busy real estate season so I thought I would share a recent inspection report. We charge $125 to perform a pool inspection and that includes visual inspection and condition report for the pool and all associated equipment. We know pools and can verify that all plumbing, equipment, computers, valves (including automatic) are working properly.
Our commercial division handles commercial pool cleaning as well as renovations and repairs for commercial pools and fountains in Dallas TX and the surrounding areas. We are fully insured. We provide service and maintenance for apartments, condominium projects, athletic facilities and Home Owner Associations (HOA).

Awesome, straightforward, and honest service. I called because my pool heater wasn’t working. Initially David helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and via text as I sent him pictures of my problem and he had no problem walking me through it. When it got too complicated for me, he came out, quickly found the problem, identified the part that needed replacement, and now the heater works great. He saved me from having to buy a whole new heater which would’ve been a lot more expensive.

So I just spoke with Ashley. The one who answers the phones up there and she was awesome! I haven’t even met David yet but she was so helpful and willing to be patient and I can tell she strives to make ppl happy in her job! I hope the rest of the experience is just as good.

David is extremely knowledgeable and will be taking over the service of our pool moving forward. Previous pool company had no clue what they were doing. David ascertained all misfunctioning components and repaired during visit. He is a gem and helped me understand how our pool equipment works if I ever want to fix on my own. Thanks so much David.

David and the folks at North Texas Pool Service are the best around! I am a home inspector, and smart enough not to inspect swimming pools. When my clients are buying a home that has a pool, I advise them to have David perform the pool inspection. He is FAST, Friendly, and knows what he is talking about. My clients are ALWAYS impressed!
