I recently had Integrity Pools handle a major backyard project which included pool replastering, new coping and tile, paver deck and new patio roofing addition. The whole process was as painless as possible from David who led the sales process and Alan who checked on progress and quality and Jill who served as my customer rep.
David was great on the sales side as he patiently assisted through the many options available when starting a project of this side. His eye for detail and style choices was of huge benefit when making hard decisions like what stone type, color, tile color, plaster type etc

I would highly recommend Integrity Pools! Their staff is very professional, respectful and courteous. Andrew and his co-worker came out to install a new motor and seal kit. Andrew communicated with me letting me know when they would arrive. The job was completed in a timely matter and he texted with me once again when the job was done! After a few hours I noticed that the equipment installed was leaking. Andrew quickly responded to my text and was at my house within the hour to fix the problem! The company was fantastic from start to finish. Everything I needed done was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ‘behind the scenes’ people let me know each day what to expect.
My sales guy David was attentive and helpful. He listened to what I needed and gave opinions on different areas. Once the project was completed he stopped back over to see the pool and ensure I was happy with the outcome. To me, that just was above and beyond.

It has been a over a year I have been having issues. I asked them to clean the mess they made when they were supposed to be fixing mistakes already made with me. The mess I say is in the photos of now grey tears down the plaster. Now I am being threatened to fill my pool now or the guarantees that come on the horrible work they have done already will not be valid. We did not think it could get worse but it has. They promise the world and do not deliver. We were told they would treat our pool as their own and now we know they must have swamps for pools.

I've been using Integrity Pools for almost 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Josiah comes every week like clockwork (seriously don't think he's ever missed a day!) and leaves every time with my pool sparkling clean and balanced. He always pays attention to how my equipment is performing as well, and makes recommendations as necessary. On top of that, and perhaps even more important, he's a great communicator and a super friendly guy who represents his company well.

As many people in north Texas experienced last winter, we had some very big problems with our spa tile and some of our pool equipment. We worked with Blake Johnson and Miles to get our spa retiled and some of our plumbing redone and working correctly. Our spa configuration and its size are challenging to begin with, but integrity pools did a phenomenal job on refinishing our spa and getting the pool running correctly. Also we entertain quite often and they kept the job site spotless every time they came. I was so happy with their service that I switched my monthly service to integrity pools.

Our service from Integrity Pools has always been great. Our technician, Matt, is always professional and thorough. We have a very wooded lot and backyard, so you could imagine how much maintenance is needed and the relentless removal of leaves and he always gets the job done. Our dogs love him and always wait by the gate to shower him with hugs and kisses. Keep up the great work Matt!

On the recommendation of a neighbor, we called Integrity to replaster our pool, which was looking just dreadful after years of neglect from the previous owners. This is now getting stupid. It seems my review was removed. Therefore, I will post it again. And - I LIVE IN PLANO TEXAS. THESE CROOKS CHANGED MY ADDRESS TO CALIFORNIA - OBVIOUSLY, NO INTEGRITY.
Workers did not show up when scheduled removed and did not replace drain covers
tested for leeks before work began - no leeks. After work completed and water put in pool, we had a leek. They charged us $1225 to fix the leek.
When prepping for pool resurface, they decided there was more work to prepare and charged us an additional $2400. (Lots of financial surprises).

Cleaning of the pool depends on the guy assigned. Since Lorenzo took over about a month ago this pool has been much better maintained. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond his duty. I am very pleased that the pool is cleaned well once a week now.
The back office could do a better job of managing other tasks such as filter cleaning and parts replacement done by other staff. Sometimes they are confused as to whether a work order has been assigned or not or parts are available or not. A few times my messages go remain unanswered. But all tasks get done eventually.

The Texas freeze in Feb '20 damaged the plaster, tiles coping and more so the pool needed repair A-Z. We had estimates from 4 companies and opted to go with Integrity. Not the least expensive but very professional. The estimate was detailed. I felt everything was in the open and no risks of hidden costs. Allen, our salesperson and primary point of contact, was great, professional, knowledgeable, accessible. Never did they try to upsell, but they did provide options, and I'm glad they did. The freeze and then the weather that followed created a major backlog so unfortunately there were delays. I

First, let me start by saying that this has to be the worst contractor experience I've ever had. Back in January I contracted with Integrity for a complete remodel to the tune of 50k that was to start in April 5, for a quoted 6 weeks including water balancing which would have had it completed around early to mid May, currently no where near completion and will be lucky to use the pool by August if at all this year according to the current timeline.They were the most expensive of all my estimates but I thought I would go with the company with the best reviews. What a complete disappointment

If you value your time or sanity I would use extreme caution with choosing this company. My experience has been of horrible communication, mismanagement, lack of priority, blatant lying to my face, and shadiness by the owner. I'll explain my experience and timeline and let you make your own decision.
April 2020 - Integrity Pools was contracted to replace all pool tiles
July 2020 - Tiles were cracking/falling off by the skimmer, so they repaired the tile job
September 2020 - Tiles were falling off again, I told Integrity Pools that we want any underlying problems fixed since they keep falling

Zero stars by the way.
The cleaning service is terrible they do not clean your whole pool.Spa was never touched!
Lousy vacuuming if they can blame your filter not being clean that's the game.
My husband did clean the filter just to show them that's a excuse for lousy job they did.
I told the office about it and a lady manager she literally was screaming at me on the phone.Refused to help and gave me the excuse about the filter that was not CLEAN.my husband already did it!
Definitely will report the business ASAP to the BBB.
Want my money back, I spend 199$ on this terrible service!!!

Lousy job all over. I couldn't get over the fact that they had to redo Everything, and whatever they did was an utter disaster. I couldn't talk to the workers because they didn't speak English. The company gave us free pool service for three weeks in recompense for botching a thirty thousand dollar job. So not worth it. I'd like to give them a zero; they even destroyed our driveway, went to the bathroom in the yard and littered all over the place.

I made an appointment on Thursday and you specifically asked if I was a new client, I said yes, you took all my information down and schedule the appointment for two weeks out. Then I get an email two business days later you're not taking on new clients. Why would you have even taken my order if you knew you weren't taking on new clients because of the excessive amounts of repairs your working on due to the freeze. Did you mot know this at the time. very bad customer service.

Integrity Pools was absolutely fantastic. We had them do some general repairs/maintenance and a pool heater installation. They were extremely responsive and provided our family with wonderful and professional customer service the entire time. Their entire team from the owner , to the billing/office staff, to the techs/repairman that did the actual work were absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We had several pool companies come out to provide us with quotes however none stood out quite like Integrity Pools!

Dealing with Integrity pools have been a pleasure, every person I communicated with have been pleasant, professional and super helpful. Miles managed the project and he gave it 110% from showing up on time, completing the tasks with great attention to details to responding to a concern I had over the weekend.

and the first mistake I did is to replace my Pool guy by Integrity Pools. I didn't know the rates around, my first pool guy charge 190$ a month, and Integrity was 130$ . and I must to admit , I never look at prices , I am more into a good service . so Huge mistake by me .
the Pool was in a great condition Before and well, and its in fine condition now. I just think the service we received from Integrity , was very POOR !

Our pool remodel was disorganized and the level of communication from Integrity was sub-par for such a large, expensive project. All components of the job were sub-contracted and the workmanship was never reviewed by Integrity without a request or reported problem. The project started a week and a half later after they called requesting the first payment not realizing their sub contractors had not yet begun. The stone installers left an absolute mess of dust and cut everywhere and never attempted to clean. The heater/filter install team had the gas line in physical contact with the hot exhaust

Our salesperson, David, was upfront and honest about hardships and issues that can occur during a pool remodel. We did experience delay due to weather and our plaster was the worst case scenario. They did prepare us for additional cost of this before hand.
