These guys are the best! I’ve used them at least 3 times and it doesn’t matter if it’s carpet or a big sectional, it always comes out great. Kris did 2 big couches for us today and now they look brand new. Always on time, always very quick and at a fair price. I recommend them to everyone I know!

They did a great job and got some pretty tough stains out of the carpet. They also saved the dog’s bed from having to be thrown out due to a throw up accident which Moose really appreciated because it’s his all time favorite ❤️

We have used commercial carpet cleaning services for 4 decades, and Hydro Clean Carpet Cleaning consistently exceeds our expectations. We recently hired Hydro Clean to clean hundreds of square feet of heavily soiled/stained carpet in a friend's home. I used this company to clean my carpets before the showing of my house. The service was horrible! They cleaned 1700 sq ft in about 1 hour. That was my first concern. The first day they looked fine, but then became dingy and I noticed some rippling in places. Then I start noticing the bottoms of my feet become black after walking through the house. This has never happened before. How are the carpets dirtier now than before the cleaning? A manager told me it was because the technician didn’t do enough dry passes. I called to have a couch and love seat cleaned and 1 room of carpet. When Aaron arrived he saw that the fabric was organic (cotton). They don't do organic material, only synthetic. This could have been avoided by asking specific questions during the original call. They ended up cleaning all of carpet since we had to pay a minimum fee anyway. Aaron was professional and I could tell he was not happy about the wasted trip. I definitely recommend that the scheduler vet the calls to ensure the best use of company time and resources.

The carpet cleaners called and asked if they could come early, which I appreciated. They arrived shortly thereafter and quickly set up their equipment and got right to work. I had two rooms done and they were finished in about a half hour. They did an excellent job and even gave me a discount on the originally quoted price. They also left me a free bottle of spot remover. I was surprised to learn the company also does duct cleaning, drier vent cleaning and carpet stretching. I will definitely use their service again.

The two gentlemen that came out to my unit were wonderful they were nice and very helpful but they did not do a very good job on the floor as someone in the cleaning the industry they didn't do everything they were supposed to do. I requested for a steam cleaning when I called and set up my appointment. I'll let them know that I don't have pets but I do have children and you know little people are just as disgusting so there may be something you know urine or anything like that. The two men came in and let me know that I would need to do a like a pet treatment like for a year or anything like that
