If there is a 0 rating, I would give a 0. I requested the service for the advertised amount. The guy told me deep cleaning is better and they'll do a great job. I agreed. They were all done in a little over an hour. Carpet was soaking wet but assured me it will be dry in a couple of hours. Wrong! It was wet for almost 2 days and when it dried up, some white Powder looking stains showed up on the stairs case and upstairs, musty nasty smell throughout the house. They came back and "re-did" it i.e, vacuumed the carpet and re-sprayed it with something and told me that was my carpet and

Glenn did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. We had numerous pet stains as well as normal wear from having 4 teens in the house. Glenn explained exactly what he was going to do and was very thorough with his approach. He made it very clear that he wanted us to be completely satisfied before he left. Great guy and reasonable prices!

Glenn is amazing. I've had my carpets cleaned several times, but this guy goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is very thorough, and makes sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving. His pricing is very fair for what you get, and most of all, you know you're working with a good guy. Glenn is a genuine guy who is very knowledgeable. He was able to get us in last minute and was very good with communicating any concerns or issues with the carpet based on his expertise.
