It is important to not merely size a new system based on the old system's capacity. A professional design needs to be completed. What if your home's heating and cooling needs have changed since the last system was installed many years ago? What if the original system was not sized properly to begin with?

I won’t use any other A/C service. Independent Air technicians let me know when they are on their way and arrive on time, are professional, do a thorough cleaning and inspection, and I’ve not had any issues since I signed up for their biannual servicing. My usual technician, Jerry, is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to have around. They are tops in my book!

I give Independent Air my highest recommendation. Tech. Kori arrived early for my appointment and displayed superior knowledge regarding the problem with my air conditioner. He did a very thorough job and thanks to his hard work my ac is running great. He also advised me what to do if I had any future problems. I am also very pleased that I chose Independent Air and will certainly use this company in the future. Workmanship was A+ and at a reasonable rate.

I want to say thank you to everyone I spoke with and worked with at Independent AC. I just started a new job on Monday after being out of work for 4+ months and my AC decided to go out on Sunday before my first day of work. I called in on Tuesday and they didn't have an appointment in the morning until the next Tuesday, but when I told the sweet person on the phone my AC was not working, she made some calls and said someone would come out that night after I got off work at 6:30 pm. Joe came and provided me with a quote and explained what needed to be done after I got off work. I accepted the proposal

Wonderful job, Earnesto showed up on time and did an amazing job on our AC. He was able to make recommendations for us and install a much better float switch that was needed for our system. Excellent workmanship, and very professional. He truly performed the cleaning and maintenance on our system as if it was his own. Best air conditioning company I have ever used!! (I've owned my home for 30 years). Joe, the owner, is always there when you need him, and I can't say enough nice things about Corey, the technician!!! The office staff are so friendly and I guess the best part is how knowledgeable everyone at Independent Air are. You will always get a human when you call, or on a very rare occasion, an immediate call back. I will never use anyone else and I highly recommend them to all who need a trustworthy, dependable air conditioning service!!!

During my annual service I ordered an Ecobee thermostat that was installed quickly and the technician showed me how to set the app on my phone. Several days later I was out of town and received an alert that there was an issue with the temperature in my house, so I called and Joe had a technician at my house that afternoon who diagnosed the problem and got my old unit up and running like new. I came home from vacation to a nice cool house thanks to Joe and his excellent professional staff!

Amazing company! I have been with them ever since I relocated into my current residence and I have not been disappointed. Everyone from Joe to Marlena to Shakori have been absolutely incredible. Not only did they show-up on time, the service tech was extremely professional and did a thorough service without trash-talking other companies or trying to up-charge me on frivolous services.
