We hired FreshTech Cleaners to come to clean after a bathroom remodel in our 3bd/2bath condo. Juanita did a really great job. She was friendly and polite and on time, despite horrible weather, and spent about 5 hours cleaning. I would definitely have her come back to clean.

To begin with, the cleaner I had was fine, she did the best job she could with the time she had. Unfortunately where the service itself is concerned, Fresh Tech fell down multiple times.
I've used this service for just over four months and in that time, I had the following problems:
- being charged extra to change bedsheets (this is part of a standard cleaning and I provide fresh sheets, why charge me $15 for this?)
- being cancelled not once, but twice, both times at the last minute with no reschedule or alternate option. Left me in the lurch scrambling to get my house cleaned.
- the cleaner

Tanika was incredible! Can't wait to have her back. She was incredibly thorough and also super friendly. Our fridge looks so good. We hired her to clean the apartment the week of our wedding so we wouldn't stress and be ok with our family coming over and boy, did she deliver. We have a big apartment with lots of plants, 2 dogs, and a cat, (read: soil) and she was able to give a thorough clean of the apartment while giving special attention and detail to specific spots. Shyann and Rashidah were professional, cordial, and competent. My house never looked (or smelled) better. I engaged Fresh Tech for a move out deep clean - I wish I had discovered them sooner. Laniya, our cleaning lady, is very responsible and professional. She helped clean our 4b2b apartment and we were amazed by the pics she sent us. Our apartment was too big, so she didn't finish cleaning the entire room on the assigned date. But she managed to come back the second day and worked another 5 hours until the whole apartment was cleaned. I was deeply impressed.

Our long term cleaning partner is off for a few months. We engaged with Fresh Tech Maids to help fill in the gap. We were nervous about having “strangers” in our house and we were so lucky to have Rashidah and Shakieta for the past few weeks. These 2 ladies are efficient, friendly, and polite. We look forward to their weekly visits and big smiles!

The ladies were so wonderful to work with - we were literally still moving into our new location on the day that they came and they just rolled with it despite all the chaos. Our store was spotless when they left! Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring them again!
