Chris did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our heater. Very competent and professional service. Recommended.
Edit: 5 stars down to 4. My furnace used to work intermittently so house never got too cold. But after diagnosis, now my furnace never comes on so house gets cold. I called office to ask when they could give me appointment to install the required part, but they didn't have repair estimate yet so they called me back the next day to set appointment. I will update the review next week after they install the new part and after it works continuously for at least one day

I requested a quote for a full re-do of our entire HVAC system including ducting. David came out quickly to give us an estimate and provided answers to all our questions. Their quote was great and they were able to start the work the following week.

Saw the Veteran Air truck in the neighborhood in the summer installing AC. The installer gave us a business card and encouraged us to give the office a call. Talked to the office about moving our condenser from right outside the master bedroom to the side of the house where it would be less noticeable and noisy. Office said they were in the midst of their prime busy season and if it could wait til October. Definitely something we weren't in a rush to complete so we said "no problem".

We had a great experience with Veteran Air the last two days. Nick came out for the original consult and my husband wanted to sign them on there and then. But we had one more appointment before making a decision. Very glad we chose them. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing all the vents and putting in a whole new HVAC system. Our AC has never felt better. Our main issue was the upstairs, especially in our master. Mike was able to add an additional vent in the room for better output. We haven't tried the heater yet. So I will update if necessary. Thank you Veteran Air!

He did an amazing job communicating his thoughts about what was going on with our system, as well as a thorough job inspecting all of the parts of our A/C. After much research and talking to others who’ve also done their due diligence, we decided to use Veteran Air to replace our HVAC system and ducting. When I comparing estimates, you have to make sure that the details match. Veteran Air’s prices were fair and reasonable. We replaced our HVAC system. 2 condensers furnace etc. We moved to a 15 year old house in Yorba Linda but the system that came with the house we bought was terrible and small.
I got about 7-8 quotes. David was the rep who came from veteran air. He took his time to go over what we were looking for, measured out our house and got back to us promptly with a quote. Other companies who came later wanted to redo our ducting and had other suggestions.
This companies quote was the most reasonable for the type of system. I called David and went over the other installers concerns regarding ducting etc

He also cautioned that the space was tight but it would probably just fit but final decision is with the installer.

I've seen the praises of Veteran Air all over Facebook and after looking at the reviews here, I decided to schedule a visit and hope the they lived up to the hype. They really did.
I had them out for a general inspection/"tune up" at our new place and to install a new thermostat. Like what others have said, they're really impressive. Friendly service, no upselling, fair pricing, and thorough work. I felt at ease and had full confidence in their work. And the advice they gave proved to be quite helpful.

We recently had a really bad leak near our furnace, and I was grateful that Abby at Veteran Air made an appointment for us right away.
The appointment was for 5:15pm, and I was so relieved when Jesse called and said he'd be able to come early. He cleaned out of clogged drain fairly quickly and was on his way. I really appreciated the efficient service.
I've used Veteran Air before, and the service was helpful then as well. For air conditioning help in a hurry, Veteran really helped us out!
The appointment was for 5:15pm, and I was so relieved when Jesse called and said he'd be able to come early. He cleaned out of clogged drain fairly quickly and was on his way. I really appreciated the efficient service.
