Been roasting the past several days with the A/C unit out. These guys came out right away, 45 minutes later the A/C was blowing cold. Almost forgot what it was like to be comfortable. Went as well as you could want. Tech was friendly and the price was more than fair. I strongly recommend these guys.

Randy took my call in the middle of summer when my AC went out and showed up a few hours later. He was such a great guy and I can’t say enough about his customer service. Fast forward 3 years later... I needed to replace my system and once again Randy was able to help me pick out the cooling and heating system that fits my needs. He is knowledgeable, prompt and patient every step of the way. He team was just as friendly and they did a great job updating my old system. Incredible and well managed team. The four men that installed this system was like watching a well oiled machine with each man assuming a specific role. Each technician was responsible to interconnect with others performing their tasks to complete the project. Four men showed up and the project was completed in 7 hours. I really could not believe what I was seeing at the proficiency and positive spirit that existed with this team.

Randy was very quick to respond and fair in his pricing. His crew arrived promptly the day of installation and finished early. What I appreciated most was how pleasant his crew was - they were so great and it really seemed like they enjoyed working together and helping each other. It was lovely to hear. In addition to the quick replacement of our dinosaur thermostats, we wanted to get a mini-split ductless heating/cooling unit installed in our 2nd master suite over the garage, always too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The guys from Rand Aire are always on time, professional and do a great job including complete clean up of the work space. The price was exactly what we expected. They were very thoughtful about the placement of the equipment, both in the room and outside, locating it so that it was hidden from view behind the gate to our pool equipment and making sure there were no areas
