RTS Air Conditioning & Heating

I'm sitting in my lovely cool house now, and I have RTS to thank! Despite it being the middle of a hot spell, Ron was able to come out quickly and had my air conditioning working in no time flat. They also helped us use our Home Warranty to cover the costs. They were professional and incredibly responsive whenever I called. Ron also explained everything clearly and went over some questions we had about changes in the future. It was overall a great experience, and I highly recommend RTS!

Owner showed up on time and arrived with a mask on. Offered to put on booties before stepping in my home. He quickly addressed the problem with the heater, ordered parts right away and returned within a couple days to finish the job. Grateful for the wonderful service, RTS!

Ron just completed a complete installation of our Heating and Air Conditioning system. He worked extremely well with our Home Warranty program. The installation went very well. To. Spencer helped us out yesterday since our unit quit blowing cold air during the heatwave. I loved the efficient service. We had been told be other companies last year that we had a leak but it would be time consuming and expensive to find it. He found a leak in 5 minutes and repaired it as well as fixed some other issues and it was inexpensive. I was thrilled. The company was great to work with from contacting Rosie to schedule to getting the detailed invoice. I highly recommend them

A couple of weeks ago, when it was really hot outside, my Trane AC unit was short cycling...kicking on and immediately kick off. And when the outside temp would cool down at night, the AC would run fine and cool down the house. Called RTS and Ron came out and checked the wiring. Everything was running fine because it was cool outside when he was here. And he left doing a basic checkup.

Today, it's 105 outside and the unit is short cycling again just like before. So the problem is not fixed. I will update this review after this issue is resolved. Left a message, see what happens.

These guys are awesome! We bought our home a few years ago, it had central heat but never had A/C. RTS provided us with a fast quote and a price that was very reasonable. Their service and attention to detail was impeccable, and anytime I've had questions they have got back to me the same day. Today it's 100+ degrees outside but we're a frosty 75 inside. Ron helped me a few years ago when my HVAC unit inside the house wasn't working and before he had a yelp account. I was so impressed with his thoroughness and work then that i kept his information taped on the HVAC unit. I called him again this week to help me change out my blower motor because it was squeaking. He came right on time, replaced the parts that needed replacing, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned. I will only be using RTS for any future services.

RTS was sent out to our property for homeowner warranty. Spencer was the assigned technician very profession offer to wear shoe covers before entering our home and I told it wasn't neccessary since it was our cleaning day. He quickly diagnosed our AC with back conductor and thermostat. What I was impressed by that he had the parts on him already and took care of business got our AC back on during the heat wave. My central A/C began leaking on a Friday morning right before the Labor Day weekend so I put in a service call to Fidelity Home Warranty, not expecting to hear from anyone till after the weekend but RTS's Rosie reached out to me shortly to send a tech out the same afternoon! I called several HVAC businesses this past Friday afternoon and Rosie at RTS Services was one of the few businesses that answered. She was very friendly and was able to provide an estimated cost to clear out clogged condensation piping and to do a tune-up. She also had availability for the next day, which was perfect!

They were professional, patient, and definitely want to leave you happy, a welcome departure from other Fidelity dispatched vendors I've dealt with. They followed up when necessary, and took the appropriate next steps on their own without the need for a reminder. As a result, I won't hesitate to reach out to them directly in the future for any fixes or maintenance not covered by warranty or when I decide to let my warranty expire. We had RTS Services out to our home this week to fix our air conditioning and install a new vent in our family room. They went above and beyond checking our condenser, cleaning it, and noticing it needed a new part. They did a full maintenance check on our entire system and fixed what was broken by the previous homeowners. They were professional, clean, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced. They explained everything they did and when I tested the new system it was like it was brand new and boy did our house get cold quickly! We are set for summer. RTS Services did a great job installing a new furnace, new aircon unit and new ducts work. Ron explained everything very well, was clear and upfront about pricing, and pointed out a few great tips we hadn't noticed. I had a multiple bids and I ended choosing RTS because of their great warranty program and team. The installation of everything was fast, clean and we are very satisfied on the great job they did.
