To say that we are disappointed by the unprofessional and degrading behavior of the staff at Chesapeake Spa Inc would be an understatement.
If you are a UNITED STATES VETERAN, or support the armed forces, I would seriously consider taking your business elsewhere.

Terrible service. After waiting in the showroom for 20 minutes, listening to a salesperson talk to another customer, I felt that since I wasn't looking at a Big Green Egg, there was no reason for me to be there. I did wait it out and another employee did finally talk to me. I told him I was looking to replace my 17 year old Weber. I was considering another Weber or possibly a Napoleon. He was really of no assistance. He was steering me toward the Webers but didn't have the model I was interested in. I bought a Finnleo infrared sauna from them which I love. They were easy to deal with and very straight up with good pricing. They ordered it from the U.S. distributor right away instead of making me wait to combine it with other orders to lower their shipping costs. A better experience than I had at another dealer. I came here to pick up a couple bags of lumber jack pellets. I left here with so much more. I was not expecting to walk into a hidden gem of a BBQ STORE. This is a spot where you can pickup a yoder... and a hot tub, and some of the hardest to find charcoal.
The selection this store has, literally made my feel like I was 10 in ToyR'sUs. Their seasoning wall...I wish I could buy one of everything. The staff is awesome. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and good folk. 10/10 will be back. 10/10 will get yelled at when I get home.

Great place! Very knowledgeable and helped us find the right fit for our first hot tub. They also even came out not only to deliver it for free but came back again to bring us all of the chemicals we needed and to teach us how to maintain the water balance levels. We bought our spa from Chesapeake Spas in 2004 and were thrilled with the outstanding customer service at the purchase, at the installation, answering questions after installation, and handling minor service calls in 2008 while the spa was still under warranty. We exhaustively researched spas and spa dealers from Jacuzzi to Artesian to Sundance Spas at multiple dealers and locations.. We drew the conclusion that Hot Spring Spas at Chesapeake Spas was our best option for both product and service.

Went in after looking for local 'Big Green Egg' dealers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable of their inventory. I thought I knew a lot about grilling, smoking, etc. but these guys put me to shame. They helped me load my egg/table into my truck and made sure it was secure and protected. The prices are very affordable and they even threw in some freebies with my purchase. Great business!
