Cortlandt Roofing, Inc. started business in 1993. Todd Iverson wanted to start a business that would help support his family while also contributing to our community. Up to that point, Todd had worked hard to apply what he was learning in the roofing trade from David & Richard Jacobson as well as Gabe Diaz.

Professional, clean quality work from a hard working team. They are busy and couldn’t get to my roof right away but they are worth the waiting time!! I see why they were highly recommended.

We heard nothing but great things about Cortlandt Roofing from the local wineries and breweries, and hoped that they would be willing to roof our home, which is a considerable drive for them. Todd gave us a comprehensive and fair estimate and we decided to go with Cortlandt Roofing. Their crew showed up on time, were professional, respectful, very hard-working and did a beautiful job. While Todd may do good work, they do NOT honor their warranty. I just bought a house in May, and they have refused to return my calls until this week, after I filed a complaint with the BBB. They told me that they have since booked up their "season", so they can get to repairing the failed flashings until next year. Oh, and if they do it, they are going to charge me for it, even though flashings are integral to the roofing system they installed (modified bitumen), and they installed them.
