Every now and then you come across a great company with integrity and exemplary leadership. Heritage Roofing is one of those companies, and Todd, the new owner, is an honest, fair and good man. Heritage put on a new roof for us almost five years ago for an extemely competitive price. They did a great job, but there was a very minor issue that came up with the roof. When I heard Heritage Roofing had a different owner than the guy I dealt with when we had the new roof put on, I wasn't sure what to expect. But Todd was amazing, exactly what a customer would hope for under the very best of circumstances

I want to say a special thanks to Todd, the new owner of Heritage Roofing. In July 2019 I had a wonderful experience with Dave Brown, the former owner. However I recently found out that something I'd asked for was not done as per our agreement. When I contacted Heritage, and found out that Dave had retired and sold the business to Todd, I explained the situation. I was quite upset and Todd looked into it and stated that since I had a verbal contract with Dave he was going to take care of the situation for me. Just had a new roof installed this past week by Heritage, after they came highly recommended by our contractor. We still got a couple of other bids, but not only did Todd/Heritage give us a good price, but we were also impressed by Todd's communication and follow up. So glad we went with them. I am so happy with the job that Todd and his crew did. My roof was completed in 2 days, my gutters were done in 1 day, they cleaned up the site well, and it looks amazing!
Todd is personable and great to work with. His crew worked hard, laughed, and appeared to enjoy coming to work and doing their job. They "whistled while they worked" and I really enjoyed seeing this.
Not only was the work great, the owner great, and the crew great, the price was the best of the 3 estimates I got. What more could I ask for? Now if all the work on my house would go this well...a girl can dream, right

Heritage Roofing team did an excellent job on my new roofs. He did two of my houses a week apart. Todd and his crew are very hardworking. Todd communicated with me at all times from the time he came out for quoting through after the installation was complete. When someone is as personable as Todd was, AND the work is really good and priced right, I feel so lucky to have depended on their services. Todd went the extra mile without seeming to at all because he cares about his work. Our roof needed to go back to the original wood shingles and required new skip sheeting and a lot of dry rot repair. It was all done with new gutters in three days with no mess left anywhere. Heritage roofing recently did my roof and it looks fantastic. I must say the quote was very reasonable and the job was done on time. I only needed two quotes to know that they were the right place to get my roof....especially since they were recommended by a friend of mine who is a painting contractor.

Heritage replaced the roof on our house and did a great job. They also replaced some siding which had rotted out and after the replacement was painted, you couldn't tell that it wasn't original. The crew was friendly and polite but boy did they work hard -- it was in the high 90's and they really got a lot of work done. I have had other roofs done (in another state) and spent months still finding nails and shingle bits in the yard & washing down the gutters. We hired Heritage to re-roof our rental house in Oakmont.They had a great price and were easy to work with, but they left the replaced trim and downspouts unpainted. Having recently had the house repainted, we had the touch up paint, but it was never asked for. Heritage would not return to finish the job and we had to hire another person to finish what they should have started. You get what you pay for.

When we asked for roofer recommendations recently, 10 of 13 strongly endorsed Heritage Roofing. We had used Heritage 16 years ago to replace a roof on our newly-purchased Oakmont home. When he did the inspection to prepare his bid, Heritage owner David Brown felt the shingles he installed then were now defective. He then prepared and submitted, on our behalf, a claim to the manufacturer. (Other roofers advised we needn't bother; we won't receive a settlement.) Heritage did a great job on our roof. Now the house, built in 1954 looks really great with a new roof and rain gutters.
The bid was very good, and work was fast clean and accurate, and the timing was perfect to beat the rain. We were totally buttoned up, and it rained the next day; Yes!
We had a bad condition at the base of a chimney, where flashing had given way after there was water-damaged sheeting. They cut out the bad, put in the new, for one hours labor plus $25 in material, cool. The replacement flashing, included in the good bid, is by far better than what we had, and Dave had them come

We found Heritage and 3 other places on Yelp. Dave was the first one to get back to us, came within a couple days, he was there at the time he said he would be, gave us the best quote and seemed very honest, and straight forward so we went with him. They got our roof done in one day and it's beautiful. His crew was awesome too. Very friendly, quick, and polite. We got our gutters done as well through someone he uses. Dave and his crew from Heritage roofing were completly professional. Dave tolerated our many questions with grace. He installed several skylights and sun tunnels which other companies didn't want to do. He worked with two different solar companies to ensure there instalations didn't damage our new roof. The new roof looks great and didn't leak when we had heavy rain june. Dave should get 10 stars.
