They were first a no-show to our appointment, then cancelled the second, and then were a no-show for the third.
Fourth time someone finally showed up but then it was impossible to get them to return my calls or give me a quote. I called almost everyday requesting a quote for two weeks.
If you want to spend your time chasing these people down to try to help with your project by all means hire them

I had to install a specialized lock on a sliding door. I looked at a couple different companies who all said they had a lot of experience, but when they looked at the actual hardware they had no idea how to work with something that wasn't your standard Home Depot sort of door. After some bad experiences I would like to think I learned how to steer clear of those guys and prevent them from doing any more damage to my stuff. And that's where Ohana came in.

My interactions with Elvi have been so helpful and professional. She has followed up with all requested info in less than 24 hours. I like that they carry the highest limits for insurance I've seen for this type of contract work. They do small scale and large scale scopes and are available to our properties far north as well as far south. I highly recommend.
