We were just saved immensely by Reliable Locksmith! After the hurricane we were unlocking our hurricane shutters and had the key bend and then snap on us halfway through. Within 5 minutes of dropping the two pieces of the broken key off with them they were able to cut us new working keys with no issue at all. They saved us from a huge headache and within 15 minutes we were back home with all the shutters open again. We'll be sure to use them any time we need assistance and I highly recommend them for any of your needs. Everyone was so very nice and helpful while I was there. Truly a great and caring

I was referred to Reliable by another satisfied customer and I understand why. I got an appointment immediately and they were able to come out a day early. I ordered a more secure lock for my patio doors but when Josh came out and examined the lock I had, he explained it was a very safe and secure lock that should not be replaced. He even adjusted it for me, so that I am now able to close and open it easily. He rekeyed my locks and provided extra keys at no charge. They live up to and exceed their name.

I did not have an experience with the company but rather with one of its employees, Christian. He came to my rescue when I had a flat and couldn't get the spare tire on. He not only stopped on his way home from work, with his little boy in the car, but made sure I was safely on my way. I am sure he extends that kind of care and concern to his job at Reliable Locksmith and I will be happy to call them if I ever need their services.

I highly recommend Reliable Locksmith. Front door lock malfunctioned last night. Wife and I were locked out of our house. Asked for recommendations from friends on Facebook for a locksmith but really didn’t get much help. Submitted a request on Angie’s List and almost immediately received a call from Daniel Flores with Alpha Lock and Key. He asked what the situation was then informed me that he would not be able to make it out until late in the evening, but recommended that I call Reliable Locksmith. Just bought a house and wanted to have the locks changed to high security locks. The response time, price, service, and quality of work from Reliable Locksmith & Security was absolutely fantastic. They were very professional, did an excellent job and were very consultative about why I might want a certain type of lock vs. another to meet my needs. Believe the hype - these guys are the best!

Really satisfied with recent experience with locksmith. Person on the phone to make an appointment was so nice and so helpful. Person that came to the house was extremely nice!!!!! I was afraid that changing locks will be little loud to wake up my 4 month old but he said not to worry. He was so quiet and quick!! Thank you guys!!! Great customer service! And reasonable prices!

It's nice to deal with professionals for a change.. Especially in South Florida. Spoke to Antonio, very pleasant, and we set appointment up for the following am. Josh showed up, on time, did a great job in a timely fashion. I don't give 5 star reviews often but when you get great service at a fair price, they deserve it. Will be recommending them to anyone that I know in need of the services they provide.
