In the end they did stand behind their product and offering at the level I would hope for as a consumer.
My experience resulted in new inputs to their continuous improvement cycle for service, support and sales.
If you do ever have a problem on the post sales side and you are not getting the support response needed definitely reach out to the sales team, they are motived to make things work and they can impact internal change even if they aren't able to help directly, they are also very approachable.

I have talked with Security Camera King people a few times over the last six years, and they are always helpful. Today their representative tech, Jorge Nava, was so good I needed to write a review. I have a wired home and have just reinstalled a router, I did a lot of the updating on systems/extenders myself, but some I worked with many tech people over the last few months
Jorge, of Security King was the best by far. He was helpful, knowledgeable and he treated me with courtesy. We got my computer and cell program up in record time. He might have been the best tech person I have ever worked with

Absolutely amazing customer service , I Had the pleasure of speaking with Tony in the sales department and all I can say is WOW!! not only is he knowledgeable but when I finally was able to stump him with a question he was the first person I have ever spoken to that was actually honest in saying , “That is a great Question, please give me about 10-20 minutes to speak with our tech support team and will provide you with the right answer “ SURE ENOUGH 15mins went by and my phone rang with Tony on the line providing the correct answer / finding honest people in general is hard but here is a company

Tech personnel are top notch. They will take whatever time is required to get your system working perfectly. Lifetime tech assistance. Company stands up for their products without reservation. Images from SecurityCameraKing systems are crystal clear. Police have used my system 4 times to identify perpetrators. Each time they commented on the razor sharpness.
