This company misrepresented itself saying they were American Home Security Company. Sales rep Author who was fired initially tried to charge me excessively financing through Foundation Finance Company $5,000 for equipment he said was free. Brian the manager of customer service is rude, arrogant, and overbearing! He will not give customers a chance to respond. They installed a 2g panel and marked the cost up 800 percent for the panel and other equipment, equipment they used reprogramming all existing equipment from my previous Home Security Company A Smart.

PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!! My father agreed to this equipment and monitoring approximately 1 week after the death of my mother. They were married 60 years. He was distraught and he has some dementia issues. They will not even discuss with me (I’m his POA) any options AT ALL of discontinuing this service except for paying their very high… penalty and paying off the financed equipment. I found out about this in the past 2 weeks (less than 5 months from when my dad agreed to this). I have sold real estate for 25 years and have been involved with many home security systems.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Consistent with other reviews I read. They took advantage of my elderly dad who had just suffered the loss of my mom with underlying dementia with the security system and financing the equipment. Customer Service Manager prided himself of absolutely NOT working with my to find a resolution of this situation and said he was praised at his company for his directness of the company’s position. The absolute WORST customer “service” experience I’ve ever had!

My mother has an alarm system in place that is faulty, the alarm doesn't go off inside the house yet the monitoring company has to call me, sometimes I'm asleep and the phone is on low ring and I don't get it, therefore they must send the fire dept out each time. In the matter of months of having this system in place we have had a multitude of… false alarms. This is causing distress, we were told that a technician would come out and move the detector but that didn't solve the problem, we get same aggravating false alarm; if she takes it down she's paying for nothing...next step is cancelation

We received a call March 27 inquiring information about our home security system and asked what were we paying monthly for monitoring service. The Core Home offered us a upgrade state-of-the-art technology equipment and exemplary deal on monitoring service. Patrick was extremely helpful in answering all our concerns. The installer, Mr. August Love was exceptional in explaining in detail all functions of the equipment and applications. We highly recommend Core Home Security. Great experience!

This company took advantage of my elderly Father and put him in a contract for 15 years with an 8.9 interest rate! When I realized that my father didn't understand why they billed him 2000.00 , I called to explain and work towards a resolution but they told me that the only way to get out of it was to pay 2000.00 dollars! This seems to me that they prey on the elderly. All he wanted was a piece of mind that if he fell while living alone that he could contact help. He doesn't have this kind of money as he is on a fixed income and is 75 years old.

Can someone please tell me what it takes to get a return call from Core Home Security. I have been trying to get someone there to talk to me since October 12, 2017 to solve what I think is a simple problem. It definitely cannot be solved by placing me on "IGNORE". Surely, the agents I have come in contact with at one time do not represent the true company. There has to be someone in a company of this magnitude willing to uphold their reputation and communicate with a dissatisfied customer!!!! Looking for answers!!!!!!!

Beware of this company when I first talked with guy named Cory he told me core home could keep me busy , in 2 months only 2 installs , now core homes owes me for one of those installs I've been waiting 2 weeks now core homes say s they can pay me next Friday Beware of company that lies and doesn't want to pay their employees Good luck trying to contact someone there
