Scheduled an appointment with no issues, but started having issues on the day of the appointment. Technician showed up late which can be understandable due to the line of work and was given a pass; however, they were supposed to contact us before showing up for the model number of the dryer they needed to fix. They never contacted for that information, so when they did finally show up they didn't know what to do to fix the issue. When i told the technician that i had the manual for viewing, he declined and said he would call the next day at 9 AM. I woke up early waiting for the call which never

This is the BEST appliance repair shop, hands down! On time, extremely capable and professional. LG refrigerator wasnt cooling, Matthew came by and solved everything. He is so nice and a true pro. It wasn't even that expensive compared to another quote i got from a different company. My family and I are extremely grateful and satisfied. Call them, you'll be happy too!!!
