Terrible service! This guy (Matthew) has not training in Samsung refrigerators. I wonder if he has any training in this line of business at all. He kept calling Samsung for troubleshooting. He eventually ended up charging me $225 and the icebreaker is still not working. I tried to reach the guy multiple times, he does not return calls. Stay away at all cost, in particular if you have a Samsung appliance.

Just had my refrigerator diagnosed by Matthew, and he found every issue that the refrigerator had. The first Appliance repairman said it was the compressor which he was wrong. When Matthew checked he realize it was the circuit board and other issues that was causing the refrigerator to operate incorrectly. Better yet he was able to see if he was able to get all the parts the same day which he was. I recommend anybody to use At Ur service to get there appliances fixed the correct way. I give them 100% service. And Matthew 100% in customer service and taking care of his customers.

Called the Redlands branch and talked with Matt. Came and fixed my refrigerator that had a bad thermostat and then he suggested I replace my fan since it was rusted out so I said sure. So he got rid of all the ice replaced the parts quickly and efficiently. Said it should be fine - well with repairs sometimes take a second look - after 4 hours it wasn't cooling as good as it should be so called him up - said he'd call the next day (since it was late) and see if it was better. Thought he might have forgotten to take ice out of the back panel in one area. He called the next day - I said he should

Matt was fantastic!! I was able to schedule an appointment to repair my oven next day. He brought the correct part and explained everything through installation. Not only that, he had to pull the oven out to be repaired and he even cleaned the slab underneath!!. Very professional and very clean!! will use again!!

Our dryer was not heating and I searched for a local reputable company. I was happy to find At UR Service Appliance Repair. They were able to schedule an appointment the day after my call. They were prompt and very efficient. While one technician worked on the dryer, Matt took the time to speak with me about proper refrigerator maintenance. I was pleased with their service and professionalism, and the issue was resolved. Their prices seem fair. I will use them again if necessary.
