Placed an order for a cover then decided to cancel the order within 48 hours and before it started to be manufactured. Called them up and was told no problem they just needed me to send the request in an email form to confirm cancellation. Email was sent and a confirmation email was returned to me that the order would be cancelled and a refund would be issued.
This is where things went of the rail. While waiting several days for a refund we received an email that the cover that we cancelled was now being manufactured. Immediately I called them and asked what was going on with this order? We cancelled

Will Not Provide an Accurate Cover Measurement
I provided a model number and description of my hot tub, and assumed a company in the business of hot tub cover replacements would have access to all models. My hot tub was built in 2015, so this should be on file for BeyondNice. I had a customer service person by the name of "Zoe" provide me with inaccurate information, and I received a hot tub cover that was oversized. It is not energy efficient. Also, after the purchase, they asked for me to write a positive review to be entered into a drawing for a $100 Walmart gift card. Ridiculous

They get your money up front and come up with every excuse in the book as to why your cover is not being made or shipped. They've had my money for 2 months now and will not send me my cover nor refund my money. They seem to be using money to float previous orders. Do not let them have your money before you have your product. Once they have your money, you may never see your product. My next move is BBB and quick claims court.

Tried to order a spa cover from their web site , it was very simple to use , pulled up the model of my spa it showed the proper dimensions and shape ,but i still had a couple of simple questions before I ordered the cover , so i reached out to them , they were quick to respond and at that time and from when you get to payment part of check they pull a Bait and switch and say that they all need to be custom fit with a template of my tub , and all the covers are that way so they bait you in thinking that it is a certain cost then at check out hit you for another $72 dollars that you don't know

Very cheaply made. We had our last cover for over 7 years and it was used. This one didn't even last 3 months before the seems started falling apart. They claim something had to have pulled on them, I can assure you no one has. We have a cover lift and the major one is in between the hot tub and the house (18 inches or so) so you cant reach it.

I just had the greatest experience on the phone with Cindy who was very kind and helpful
I just ordered my replacement hot tub cover and she was very thorough and experienced and made me feel confident it buy something that I can't see or touch......
I'll get it in about 2-3 weeks. And I'll let you know how it goes..!!!

Attempted to contact them for 2+ weeks to purchase a cover for my hot tub.
Pressed the option to leave a message and a representative would call me back. Nobody ever did.
Sat on hold for over an hour today. Nobody ever picked up.
Called back and chose another option and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. Nobody ever picked up.
And yes, it was during their business hours.
Emailed their customer service. Nobody has returned my email.
If their customer service is this bad before they get my money, I can only imagine how bad they'll be after they get my money.

Updated review addressing the comment from Beyond Nice. Interesting how different the response is here on Yelp than the one I got on Amazon. The responses are totally inconsistent. Fortunately the facts remain consistent. But I'll re-address some of the issues I already clearly addressed on amazon.
