I am so sorry I did not read the reviews first before ordering my hot tub. The communication from the Sayreville office is so bad I call with no answer and no room on the voicemail, also no response in my emails I have sent so many. I even got charged for my first payment and I still have not received my hot tub luck the other offices answer and took care of that but Buddy is the worst in communication. my hot tub is 2 months late. I called from my job and buddy answered finally after 20 calls and just for him to tell me he didn't get the delivery slip if my hot tub is on the truck and that was

All I can say is I wished I had not purchased after reading the reviews! 12 months after purchase the tub stopped working. We don't know why bc the company will not even service due to no warranty now. We are stuck with trying to find service fr it and it seems no one will service it in our area. I spent hours calling every company near us. So we have a brand new tub the does not work. The sales person actually talked me out of cancelling our order due to reviews.... I'm an idiot! I bought a Hudson Bay SPA and it was delivered damaged. There was a huge hole in the side panel. I called support and was told I would have the new panel in 4 weeks.. I called them in August and I still have no panel. I have emailed them several times and they keep saying it will be delivered shortly but them nothing comes.. I will never buy a spa from them and do not recommend anyone else does either

UPDATE: Received a response from Todd the owner extending his apologies for my inconvenience. Just to understand the depth of my anger. I spent $7579.91 paid in full Jan 30, 2021 for my Spa that was supposed to have GREY exterior and GREY cover. When its delivered its BROWN and Jeff calls me a The LIAR and tries to tell me I didn't order Grey. Yet he remembers telling me he could get me a grey cover. Then he LIES on the replacement form when he was told by his supervisor to order grey panels and a grey cover. He LIED and said they were damaged on delivery, they were not they were ordered

Well I just read all the reviews for this place and I cannot say I'm surprised. Here is my story anyways.
Ordered a hot tub in may and was told it would take 2-3 months. I understand it's a pandemic and things take longer than usual, but this store and their costumer service is horrible. We still have not received our jacuzzi it has now been 6 months. Whenever I call, I either get hung up on because they are too busy, or they answer and tell me it will arrive next week, which of course, it does not. They have told me almost 10 times it will be here next week over these past six months

Came here today and there was a sign that said, in a meeting, back at 1:40. At 2:10 we left. Went to lunch, called to see if they were open, no answer of course. Came back at 3:45, sign off but doors locked. Well before closing time. How incredibly rude. As we sat the first time waiting 40 minutes, read the reviews. Not very flattering for this business. I bet Jeff was the one working today (clearly not working) hence the poor business management. We won't be back.

Can you give zero stars? Don't even slightly expect any response or service from Jeff. Ain't happening. My tub was leaking from underneath on the first day. Literally dripping into the electrical connectors. Multiple attempts to get help on my part. I even sent a video of the dripping. No service or response other than "Let me check on the service request and I will get back with you." Two months later, still not one word. So, in conclusion, even if there is chance of being electrocuted, you're not getting any help. Hopefully they're insured bc it's going

RUN - Run as fast as you can away from this business. We purchased our hot tub on September 4, 2020 after confirming multiple times that delivery would be in to the back yard. Jeff, the only employee, gave us an anticipated arrival of Thanksgiving for the hot tub but told us it would likely be sooner.

What a great hot tub for a great price! I couldn’t be more happy with it! I highly recommend adding the chlorine generator! It is well worth the money. I use very little chlorine and it doesn’t irritate our eyes. The water is always crystal clear. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this hot tub! We love it!

Had a great experience with both the sales rep, Buddy and the delivery person, Pete on getting my Catalina 8 ft x 8 ft hot tub. My husband ordered a hot tub from you in the middle of may, the order was finalized on June 2nd 2020. My husband and I have been trying to get an invoice number, a confirmation number or an order number and it’s been to no avail. We have tried tirelessly to contact our agent and Aqua living factory outlets to find out where our hot tub is and when it will be delivered. Our final invoice had stated 6-8 weeks; again with no invoice number or reference number to be able to check on the status of our hot tub. It has been almost 12 weeks at this point and we can not get anyone on the phone to tell

This was the worst experience I have ever had they miss inform me they didn't process my order. Never responded to my emails and phone calls and made me wait six weeks just to tell me that my order has not been started and that it would be another eight weeks. Never did I receive an apology and instead just excuses and blame I ended up not buying a hot tub and ultimately was able to get my deposit back but it truly ruined several holidays my plans and my willingness to ever make such a purchase online. I am in the retail industry and this would never ever be allowed by any other company and

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company or spa dealer directly as the customer service is very poor and they lie about delivery dates. I paid cash up front and was told one month for delivery. It is now being a month and a half and they still are expecting another month for my delivery. I tried to contact the factor direct but was told to contact my sales rep Jeff. While he was friendly it appears he has little to no control on the process and would not recommend them or the company for anyone who wants a spa. Its better to pay the extra few hundred dollars and get your product

We got our approval for a hot tub, planned on paying part in cash but cannot get Jeff to place our order or take our calls! Never heard of a salesman not attempting to make a sale! If we are having this much trouble making a purchase, seems it will be even worse once they have our money! Jeff was fantastic to work with. We came in a few months back to get some information and he was more than helpful and friendly. We decided to come back and purchase one of the plug n power spas. Jeff remembered us, asked how are business and children were doing and answered any and all questions we had. He is not pushy, gives you honest answers/feedback, and gives you a complete process of what the steps will be to receive the spa. I bought a spa last year from Aqua Living Factory Outlets Sayreville. I love the Spa. The Spa works great and the quality of the spa is excellent. I have it in my yard and use it all the time. It’s easy to maintain.

I researched buying a hot tub for what seemed like forever I finally decided Aqua Living Outlets had the best deal.
