Ken with Chem Dry of Omaha did a fantastic job with cleaning our carpets and hardwood flooring. He was very professional and explained to us very clearly everything that he was going to be doing. The finished products were clean and great looking floors! When it came to booking the appointments, Tracy was very responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions that we had about the services. We will definitely consider calling Chem Dry of Omaha the next time we’re looking to get our floors cleaned, and we definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to do the same.

He is timely, kind, and very professional!
He got everything done in an hour! My carpet looks amazing, I have two dogs, and two children. Thus, my carpet had a musty, dog smell, now it smells fresh and it is amazingly immaculate.
I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Omaha over any carpet cleaning company, I love that it is more eco-friendly, due to less water consumption.
It’s also nice they send a text message reminder 30 minutes out, this helps for better planning.

I called needing a couple of rooms and a hallway cleaned. One bedroom had urine odor to it. They were able to get me scheduled within a week. The tech was on time, texted when he was on his way and it took less than an hour. There were no high pressure sales for more services and my carpets (which are almost 10 years old) look almost new. This is the second time I've used this company and I'll use them again in the future as needed.
