So here's the deal I have not used their services... YET but what I do know is this company takes their image very seriously. This is an important value to carry as this means this company will be more likely to stand behind their work. Sometimes life happens and we can't all be satisfied however I'm confident after my phone call today this company will do their diligence and then some to ensure satisfied customers. Now my project may not be the easiest one to take on but renewable by Anderson took the time to make sure I was at least pointed in the direction where my needs would be met. The gentleman

Anderson & Rodgers Construction came highly recommended to me from a friend who had previously contracted with them on a home project. Although they were not the low bid, I selected them for the construction of my garage/shop building and have no regrets in doing so. I found them to be very professional, but at the same time easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Although my building is completed I continue to receive calls and texts checking on how things are going. Although my construction plans were very good they made some recommendations and adjustments along the way that improved

Anderson & Rogers Construction was highly recommended to us by our neighbor who had their Lexington 1930's house remodeled. It was the attention to detail on the house that caught my eye. My wife and I also had a 1930's house and wanted to remodel the kitchen and add a screened in back porch, but wanted to keep to the craftsman style of the house. We had previously been through six contractors, with no luck of finding one who could help us. I had a stressful experience with my kitchen destroyed by an accident. Anderson and Rodgers were so professional and provided quality persons in remodeling and providing advice at each turn. We work in the real estate industry and know a lot of fabulous contractors in this area, but when we decided to renovate our garage into a carriage house for guests, we went with Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy Rodgers spearheaded the project and used top-quality subcontractors who were fast and efficient, while providing quality work. We can't say enough positive things about Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy answered the phone when we called, he delivered when he said he would and the final product is amazing. We are so happy with his work and would recommend him time and again to our friends and clients.
