I worked with Best West Roofing for a roof inspection during escrow and for repairs after we closed. They were recommended to me by my realtor and I was very happy with their work! They were responsive, communicative, and thorough.
The roof's condition was very important to me, as I bought a home with a partially flat roof. They were able to identify several leaks and provided detailed photos and repair recommendations in their inspection report. We were able to use their detailed report to effectively negotiate full credits for the repair.

I highly recommend The Best West Roofing. Samuel inspected our roof and gave us a thorough review of its status and a proposal to replace it. Told us it would be a 5 day job start to finish and did exactly that. His team is professional, arrived when they said and cleaned their work area everyday prior to leaving. It was genuinely a pleasure to work with Samuel for my roofing needs. Samuel is knowledgeable, down-to-earth and extremely patient. He was transparent and communicated with us throughout the whole process. It took his team only a few days to re-roof our entire roof and we passed inspection quickly and easily with no hassles.
He also included a great warranty which isn't something many roofers are able to offer and the most up-to-date roofing components.
The crew was courteous and made sure to clean up well after the job was done and I am beyond grateful of the whole experience.

After meeting with 5 different roofing companies we choose Best West because of Samuel. His knowledge and explanation of the process was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure or salesman pitch - just upfront and honest.
Our 110 year old house had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shake roof. It was a big job. The workers were courteous and punctual. At the end of each day they left the yard organized and picked up.
We has some slight miss communication, Samuel was out of town during our installation, but things were quickly resolved and we were happy

I had extensive termite damage to my rafters and sheathing and did not know who to call to repair. First called general contractor but gave outrageous quote. Contacted roofing companies and received reasonable bids. I chose Best West Roofing because Samuel and Abbey seemed to know exactly how to repair and shared my concerns. When finding out I had to get my roof redone, I was really hesitated. Endless companies and price estimated. Even though I knew the roof should be done ASAP, I had hard time picking the right company for the job. Through Yelp, I came across Best West Roofing and asked for a quote. The company responded right away, and few days later I got to meet with Aviv. Aviv was such a great teacher! Aviv got on my roof and later showed me photos of it, he explained what was wrong, and how he is going to work it- from demo to final inspection. Samuel, Aviv and Juan Carlo were great! They used my original 100-year-old tiles, which saved me money and preserved the authentic look of my 1920's Spanish Hollywood home. The team cleaned up after themselves every single day and Samuel/Avi were always readily available to answer calls and questions.

Best West did a fantastic job on my roof. Super clean job. The guys are also very attentive. I originally called Best West when I had a leak that turned out to be caused by a rooftop AC unit. They came out on a rainy day, told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the room (other than it was old), and refused to charge me for the visit. Then a year later I decided to use them to replace the entire roof. Good job!

The owners came personally to meet with me to present their products and services and made sure all of my questions were answered in detail. The crew was very courteous and professional. They spent a lot of time cleaning up at the end of each workday and they even offered to haul some extra junk I had lying around for no charge.

We needed a new shingle roof and rain gutters for our single story home and got quotes from several companies. Best West Roofing won the job because they seemed honest and straightforward. They were able to come up with some affordable solutions for a couple quirks with our property, like the AC unit on the roof and the way our roof didn't slope in an area where we needed rain gutters.
They obtained the permits quickly, were always on time, and did a great job with the clean up after the work was completed. I think they did the whole job in 4 or 5 days. They also added an additional flashing

Best West Roofing just finished reroofing our home in Rosemead. They did an excellent job and was very diligent about cleaning up after since there was a lot of roofing debris around the home after demo. They obtained building permits with ease for us within 2 days and completed the demo and reroof within 4 days. They weren't the lowest priced contractor but I feel they provided tremendous value. Came with a 4 year workmanship and 50 year material warranty.

These Guys are AMAZING!!! Abbey and Samuel are true professionals. When they came by to do the estimate, they took their time to explain every step of their process. They showed us all the different types of materials that they would be using. They really made us feel at ease. Everything is up front in their estimate, no hidden cost! That was a big worry for us at first. We have heard horror stories from other people that received an estimate, then they were hit with an additional bill after the fact for some "extra materials cost". None of that here with these guys.

I called Abe to see about getting my roof fixed. Skylight leaked, water dripping down inside wall. :( He and Sam came over the next day and gave me a fabulous presentation. Very organized. Every question I had was answered with the video presentation.
The price they gave me seemed within the realm of reason. Gonna rain now, so have to wait until everything is dry, then I will call them out to do the work. They inspire confidence and seem like they will be easy to work with.

I called Abbie and Sam for a free quote and the price was really fair. They presented all the required license and insurances. I felt very comfortable moving forward with them.
They kept a clear line of communication through the whole process which made it much easier. The job was completed in a timely manner. They also did an amazing clean up job.
