Jim was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing in great detail so I could understand exactly what I was I paying for. He made it to my house before Thanksgiving so we didn't have to wait. Thanks to Jim we can finally do laundry. He unclogged our drain pipe from our washer. We will be calling him from now on for our plumbing needs! I highly recommend him too anyone that wants to get things done the RIGHT way.

Jim was outstanding. He replaced and improved the irrigation system back flow preventer. He communicated throughout the entire process. He handled all the permitting and scheduled the inspection. He also secured the whole new installation and listened to my desire to make winterizing easier than previously done. He hit the winterizing request out of the park. Jim’s experience paid off in spades!!

Had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink that required modification of the existing pipe runs to fit properly. Jim performed excellent work and we plan to use him again for any plumbing needs.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He came to install 2 new faucets and was faced with a real challenge when he found one faucet had seized to the sink due to the original installation not being done correctly. His persistence paid off in the end and I was so happy to have the problem corrected. He and Oscar were amazing and left our home in better shape than when they came. I know who will be my plumber from now on!

When my son put a wooden ball down the toilet I didn’t think we’d be able to get it fixed the same day but Mr. Bertolino was able to fit us in. He explained everything and told us up front all of the possibilities and what it would mean for the bill. He was able to get the ball out much quicker than we expected too. Professional and quick. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. If we need a repair again we’ll definitely call him.

My daughter just purchased her first home, the water heater and hvac were noted by the home inspector as old with possible issues. I contacted Jim to come out and give them the once over. Both he and his hvac contact came out promptly and gave me the low down. Jim actually called the water heater manufacturer to find out exactly how old the unit was since it wasn't labeled, turns out 21 years and well beyond it's normal life expectancy. Similarly the hvac was 22 years old. We had them replace both for a competitive price but I'm sure there were no shortcuts taken...solid, top notch work. I
