First they were supposed to give me an estimate on a Saturday morning but they gave me no time frame of their arrival. I called to reschedule because I didn’t want to wait around (based on their subsequent behavior - I’d say that was a good call). Then they did not show up for the rescheduled estimate or call to cancel. I gave them a day to get back to me. Then they never returned my message to reschedule when they no show. They seem very unreliable. Why operate this way?

My brother highly recommended them to us. We had an excellent experience as first time customers for a repair under our kitchen sink.
