We have used this service on a number of occasions for carpet cleaning and even for stain removal. They are always on time and even call ahead of arriving for the appointment. They review the area and let you know if they are any areas of concern before they begin, ie., wear spots in the carpet, etc. Great team!

We had a 5x7 2 year old rug that was about $400 we had cleaned by a mobile cleaner. It just never looked the same (very short pile) and didn't get that clean. We decided to purchase another and after buying and returning two new ones we decided to try to get the original cleaned again because nothing looked as good as that first did. After taking it to F&F I kid you not, for $120 it looked as good as the day we bought it. Even the pile lay was restored! We're extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more.

I recently closed on a house in Scottsdale and wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned before moving in. The previous owner had two dogs and one of the bedrooms had a few stains on the carpet. F&F Carpet Cleaning seemed competitive on price and I really like that they charge per sq. ft. so I knew I was only paying for what I needed. They were super flexible on working to my schedule, which was great, and they showed up on time and were extremely communicative during the entire process. Fred was absolutely fabulous! He cleaned, restored, getting rid of many stains in my beautiful, authentic Persian rug! He took pictures along the way so I could view the stages! He accomplished all what he said he’d do returning the rug back to it’s beautiful vibrant, softness! I’m just so pleased!
Delivered it four days earlier than the original day promised of two weeks! Helped me put back the furniture ensuring all was perfect and to my liking!

Called for a quote. Over the phone they quoted $260. That was the most expensive quote but they had good reviews. When they got here and measured they told me $575. I told them to pound sand.
PS: I wasn't trying to negotiate. I was trying to get you out of my house and was upset that you wasted my time. At that price I saw no need to try and negotiate.

I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS!
I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!!

Called and talked to Sandy (I think that was her name) to schedule an apt. VERY personable, made my appointment, after I made it I realized that day/time would not work for me. I called her back and it was no problem at all to change it.
Day of service: technician showed up on time.
Greeted us with a smile. Very professional talked to me about our pet stains, no problem he said, and he was correct pet stains gone.
He worked and completed the job with no issues, my carpet looks fantastic.
