We just moved to AZ and bought a house next to my parents place. We needed to get the floors cleaned and they recommended Wayne at sparkling carpet cleaning. Wayne was able to clean the floors before our furniture came. He got the floors super clean and did it for a fantastic price!

Called Wayne had a pet emergency accident on our floors. Wayne said he was waiting on someone but they did not call him back to confirm. He ended up calling back saying they were a no show. Gave him our cross roads and he was only 10 mins away from us! Thank god we found Wayne! He was a life saver and very nice man and did an outstanding job on our carpets. Definitely be using him in the future !

Wayne came out to clean our rental home. We just sold our other home and had to move in our rental house. The carpets were pretty dirty from last renters and we sure didn't want to replace the carpets if they could be saved. If you want a professional honest guy call Wayne! Wayne was very honest we us about the condition of our floors and upfront with the price on cleaning them. He went above and beyond cleaning them up! They looked beautiful when he was done.

Wayne just cleaned our rental house and did an amazing job! We just got burned by a house cleaning company that said they did carpet cleaning as well . Carpets didn't even look cleaned when they were done and charged us an extra $200! We both liked sparkling carpet cleaning web page and was very impressed with Wayne. We will be using Wayne on our next rental clean up on the floors! We would give him 10 stars if we could!

Not one for writing reviews but with our carpet cleaning experience wanted to share. We called another carpet cleaner and said he could be there that day. He showed up 2 hours late in a car pulling out a carpet cleaning machine from his truck. Looked like a rug doctor. Told him no way! He was not only 2 hours late but we wanted a professional steam cleaning job.. He told us we still owe him a $65 travel charge!
After that experience we found sparkling carpet and liked their ad. Happy we called! Wayne was on-time and honest with his price and did an outstanding job!

Wayne just cleaned our carpets in our rental house. He was polite friendly and right on time and never tried to sell us on anything extra. The results were amazing after Wayne was done. Price never changed even though the carpets were pretty dirty from our last tenants animals. We highly recommend Wayne!
