Excellent customer service from the office to the drivers. The girls in the office have been super helpful with guiding me through their website to view my account and home services. The driver who services my home is also very professional! He places the bins “neatly” at the end of my driveway! Having been a customer of a giant corporation for several years, it feels good to FINALLY be able to support a local small business! Ohh… and their quarterly pricing is great too! Thank you White Trash for your excellent residential garbage service!!

White Trash Home Waste Disposal is a great company! I called and asked all the questions I had. The owner Jim was so nice and informative with all my questions answered! I was pleasantly surprised it was Jim himself who dropped off my toter and recycling tote bin! He is down to earth and super nice!
I also spoke with Nikki in the office snd she is a lovely, efficient face for the company. She even had Jim bring me my White Trash tshirt so I can advertise!

We used White Trash for the first time In February 2020 and will not hesitate to use them again as our first call. The people that I worked with from phone calls to delivery of the open top were all professional and polite. As I requested information, it was immediately available, with all cost estimates reasonable and competitive. After deciding on our open top with them, it was delivered faster than promised and when we called for the pickup, we had the same experience. Very pleased.
