I can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience. I knew nothing about pools other than I wanted one! Pat led me through the process and helped me make choices that were right for my family. Once installed, they remained in close contact and visited weekly for several weeks to teach me about the pool system. During their visits, they answered all of my questions and helped me analyze the water. I have also called the office several times with questions. 20 years ago we took the plunge and had Prestige Pools install a pool in our backyard. It’s the smartest decision we’ve ever made. Acquaintances who went with other companies tell us horror stories of their installs gone awry. We feel so bad for them as it can get costly trying to correct poor construction/installation issues.
Today’s post was spurred by our most recent interaction with Prestige. Our auto cover after 20 years of opening and closing finally died. A quick phone call to Prestige had them here in a flash. With all the shipping issues out there I expected a long wait for parts

Pat Henry - Jeff - Chris - Lexi - John ....everyone at Prestige is AMAZING! The construction was just great and they directed to a beautiful design and great recommendations to other pro contractors for extra touches. MOREOVER, I have them for weekly maintenance and this company is easily the most thoughtful and thorough when taking all of your feedback. I cannot say enough. In a COVID era, keeping close to home, the pool became the center of a lot of activities for my family - and we lived well thanks to Prestige Pools.

This was the second time I had a pool built and I intentionally searched for a family owned pool installer and found Prestige Pools. As I had hoped, Prestige Pools had developed long standing and close relationships with landscapers and electric and gas installers. As a result, the coordination between everyone went smoother than expected. Most of all, the care and quality of every aspect of the project was amazing. We love the custom elegant look and functional enhancements to our pool that came with using Prestige Pools.
