Russ the manager is very inconsiderate of people's time that have taken the time to visit the showroom as recommended by trades.
Took my client in to choose some flooring a week ago. Installer gave permission to send information to my client, which Russ said he would send quote that day.
My client has called everyday to request information and Russ will not respond!
Horrible customer service! Do not use this company unless you want the run around. My client took time off from work to find the floors. He has no respect for people's time! Very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional

I never knew picking a floor for my home could be so difficult. Luckily my installer recommended I go to the showroom and speak with his salesmen. He helped me narrow down my choices and understand exactly what I was buying. His knowledge was top notch and provided samples for me to take home. I would recommend anyone confused about flooring to go here.

I have been a client of Trinity hardwood distributors for 22 years the last few years it seems like there's been a decline in personnel attitudes and customer service I understand that there a contractor based facility and business however just because you work with tradesmen doesn't mean your facilities have to be filthy rundown and disgusting if I were the manager or owner of this facility I would be embarrassed to have my customer using a restroom that is in the state of disrepair that there's is or coming into shabby salesforce if you have to do business with them don't
