Dr. Floor provides full service of hardwood floors installation, hardwood floors sanding, hardwood floor refinishing, hardwood floors restoration and repair. I recently purchased a fixer upper home, with wood floors in need of TLC. Ben and his wife were awesome to work with. When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, they quickly got me scheduled, and when they arrived, they were more than happy to go through all of the options, made suggestions, and answered any wood care questions I had.
When the day came for them to work on my floors, I felt that they went above and beyond. Not only do my floors look amazing, but Ben was kind enough to also offer advice on how to care for my wood paneling, kitchen cabinets, and even old tile floors.

Dr. Floor did a great job refinishing my 100 year-old red oak floors. There were some pet stains that sanding didn't fix, so the team scabbed in some new pieces and it looks awesome! They also fixed an area where wood was missing and it looks seamless. Finally, they were willing to drive to a jobsite that was outside their usual service area. Ben takes care of his customers!

Ben and his team are courteous, responsive, and professional. We did the dustless sandless refinish. It was done fast (1 day) and looks great! It was a good option, as you don't have to worry about dust or fumes. I can't say enough great things about Ben, Hana and the entire DR Floors team! We hired someone to do our floors and they were not professional and needed to be fixed badly. That's when we reached out to Ben and his team. Not only are they super professional but they are SO nice and were very realistic with us on what they could and couldn't fix. Our floors look great now and it's all thanks to them. Additionally, there were a few spots that needed to be touched up and Ben came back right when we asked and touched up spots no problem. It's so hard to find honest people

Outstanding work and customer service by owner Ben of Dr. Floor. Ben offered not only the best estimate but he went above and beyond throughout the project. Customer service is exceptional! We found Ben to be a craftsman with high standards, along with Hannah, his wife and assistant. With engineered wood flooring we had a few areas which had to be replaced with planks we still had. Although we had moved most of our furniture back onto the floors they had re-finished, he had told us he would move furniture back and insisted on coming back and helping with the rest of it. Dr. Floor came to fixed my floor and did a great job and not only that Ben the owner is probably the kindest person I've known. Because of my situation he was very accommodating to arranged payment schedule considering it's holiday season. I just moved in to an older house (33 yo) and the house had bamboo flooring that was NOT taken care of at all. The floors had deep scratches, scuffs, decay, dull and stripped areas. I was looking for options (replace flooring, install floating vinyl floor on top or resurface). I decided on getting quotes to resurface and Dr. Floor was a no brainer!
Appointment was made immediately at the moment I inquired for a quote. Ben arrived on time and at a convenient timing for me and my family (evening), btw they work 7 days a week!! I had my floor done on a Sunday!!

When I tell you these guys are awesome believe me!! They are spectacular..they fit me in ASAP due to more floors being damaged by a previous contractor..and made them look 1000% better!!!
