Ed showed up the day I reached out and came to the site to answer questions and prepare a quote. It was clear from the start that Bond Construction would be a perfect fit for this project. Ed was able to quickly navigate the arduous co-op approval process and provided guidance along the way.
The project consisted of a fairly extensive renovation of a 2 bedroom co-op apartment in lower Manhattan. Bond Construction completed the following: new flooring throughout the entire apartment

Omg, where do I start. I am so so happy with my apartment renovation so I don't know where to begin.
Bond construction crew was so helpful and pleasure to work with. Ed is such a great contractor that will make everything easy and pleasant. The renovation was done very quick since we needed to move in quickly, the whole project went the way we planed it, without headache. Honestly, having experience from the past renovations I was so hesitant to deal with any construction companies, but a friend of mine recommended Bond and I am so happy we decided to go with them.

I recently purchased a studio I’d been renting for some time. The place needed an entire overhaul, from the floors, to the doors, paint, kitchen, and bathroom. Bond Construction was recommended to me by a friend who used them to redo some midtown offices (which turned out chic and beautiful). I spoke with Ed on the phone and he gave me an estimate which was eventually refined down to a very good price. Bond helped me repaint, ripped out old carpet to install gorgeous wood floors, redid the kitchen cabinetry and flooring, and the same for the bathroom.You

Bond did a wonderful job on my home renovation. Ed's team replaced my carpets, repainted the walls white (they needed a fresh coat) and did one wall in blue. I also had built in shelves that I wanted redone so I do could use some for books and some for decoration. Bond did everything to my specifications and I am very pleased with the results and work ethic.

I hired Bond Construction to gut renovate my apartment. Everything from the walkthrough to the finishing touches was great. The rates were fairly priced and honest. Every crew member is professional and Ed who I was manager always kept me updated on their progress either via phone or email. He was also always available for questions that I had. He always answered or got in contact with me in a Timely matter. The project was completed within the timeframe. These guys are hard workers and they under-promise and over-deliver.

I am extremely pleased with Bond Construction on my recent project. The team at Bond completely renovated my kitchen and bathroom. The work itself was performed to a really high standard, coordinated by Luigi the foreman. Top quality work and i could not be happier with the end result.

In my search for a general contractor, I hired Bond Construction to gut renovate my kitchen and bathroom as well as patch/paint walls throughout my apartment. Bond Construction did a terrific with the remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom. I am really pleased with their quality of work and the efficiency they offered throughout an enthusiastic working process. These guys are really good at what they do, and Ed is extremely easy to communicate with.

The work (complete renovation of my bathroom and basement) was done to an extremely high standard, very quickly, and he was always responsive, at short notice. I completely recommend Bond. A friend of mine recommended Bond Construction since she had a positive experience using them. When I moved from my place in Manhattan I was in a hurry and do not really like painting so I knew I needed some assistance. I found the whole experience very positive. Their staff was professional and helpful and made my move very much less stressful! I wanted the walls in my apartment to be all painted the same color and to look nice and clean just the way they were when I first rented my place. They did a really great job and I was very satisfied! I highly recommend Bond Construction for all your apartment

I hired Bond Construction to remodel our kitchen. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and so I wanted to work with an experienced contractor who could give me idea's. Ed had a ton of idea's on what to do, the price was reasonable, and the work was fantastic! They finished right on-time and on budget! I have heard horror stories from friends working with other contractors and I feel very lucky to have found these guys. I can't wait for them to do my bathroom :) Highly recommended!
