Reliable. Thorough. Friendly....We hired the service for my mother's house. They put up several traps under the house (crawl space), in the house and outside the house and checked for entry ways that rats could get in. Every two weeks they come out and check the traps and all of the places and they even repaired a hole where they had chewed on the side of the house, the vent cover, to get back under the house. The first two times I had to call them back to schedule a follow up visit, but after that they finally started calling on a regular basis to set up appointments to check the traps. They

Fantastic service!! I highly recommend Eradicon.
My story: I kept hearing scratching behind one wall of my home. Turns out that I had this unique issue where some squirrels got down inside of my defunct chimney (after the cap apparently blew off). Eradicon was able to diagnose the issue and then helped to resolve it in a timely and economical fashion. Mitchell even ordered a special-sized cap for my chimney to ensure a good fit.

My parents heard some noises below their floor. All of the companies responded immediately, but Mitchel was able to get someone out the next day to do some prelim work already. Mitchell is responsive and the company is fully automated. I get texts a few days before a tech Wil show up for the rat treatment. I am quite satisfied.

We feed birds, which meant seed on the ground and we eventually got rats!! Eradicon came, assessed the situation. They set traps and bait stations and filled up holes. They've been back twice and last check, no rats. The guys that have come have been personable and pleasant. Couldn't be happier with them. If you need someone to deal with pests, we would most highly recommend Eradicon.

Over the last couple of weeks I have realized that there are some uninvited guests in my house. Contacted Eradicon and they were quickly able to set up an initial appointment. Keegan came to the house yesterday, figured out that rats were the issue, where they were coming in and had a plan to solve the situation. He has sealed their entrance, set up some traps and bait stations and will seal one more hole once they are gone. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them. I have dogs and Keegan made sure that they would be safe.

Both Jose and Caleb have come out to help with us a bad mouse and rat problem. We had mice in the garage and they even did severe damage to our cars so we were desperate for help. They were both really helpful in explaining what we could do and looking all around our property and inside the garage and house for ways the mice could be getting in. They plugged up holes and left a variety of traps, and were great about our obnoxious dogs too. I recently had an issue in my apartment and management sent over Eradicon. The first time they came they said they couldn't do anything about it, but after complaining again, they sent over Alvaro Benitez. He originally said the pest was in an unreachable place, but eventually came back and said he would try to another way. He ended up going above and beyond to help me with the issue and ended up removing the bird that got stuck in my fireplace. My apartment is once again a peaceful, rodent free place thanks to Alvaro. If you ever have an issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys

I had Eradicon come by and take care of a few things for me. I called yesterday and they were able to come by today. Super fast response. Not only that they showed up earlier and ready to go to work. Two outdoor crawl spaces were sealed off and no new droppings to see. There was a lingering smell in the basement that no one could figure out until today. Keegan came out, followed the smell, and found the problem! He went above and beyond. He is fast and efficient. We now have the point of entry for the pesky rat which was under the stairs, behind insulation, A piece of sheet rock and between the basement and tub. Keegan put in deodorizer, traps

We have little ants on our property and have found their way into our house on occasion. So I decided to call this small business with a nice looking website. I called and was scheduled in a time slot that was convenient for me and was met with with courtesy and professionalism over the phone.
Jose showed up on time and was knowledgeable and very friendly. We chatted about family and things. He then sprayed inside and outside the house. The chemical once dried is pet and children safe. Super important since we have a small dog.

I emailed the business to get a price on how much it would be to get rid of the ants that were invading our house. They quoted me at $175 and said that there was a 90 day guarantee and they would come back if the ants started up again.
