Our owner of Complete Exterminating, Ted, has been in The Pest Control Industry since 1992 and is a family man. Ted has been with his wife, Kristin for 20 years and twin daughters from his first marriage. He raised them on his own until marrying Kristin in 2000. It was late Friday night before the big holiday, Labor Day, when I got home from work and all I could hear in the kitchen was buzzing. I looked around and there were millions of yellow jackets. We got our 2 cats and ourselves in the office, locked our selves in and called complete exterminating of Vancouver. I got Ted on the phone. I had a mole in my backyard that was doing its best to destroy it. I called Complete Exterminating and they came that day and setup shop. Since I have a significant slope covering the majority of my backyard the technician was up front and transparent that he may not be able to catch this little guy, but I needed to at least try as I had no other option.
The only con I have is that the technician (Ted) made me feel that he was talking "down" to me instead of trying to educate me. Keep in mind that I have an MBA and work for a large tech company, so I am far from a stupid person but

Living in a rural area with lots of trees, and a creek literally running through our backyard, we see our fair share of destructive, and annoying critters. In our case, moles and voles being the main culprits. Growing more and more frustrated with our failed attempts to stop the problem on our own, we finally said enough is enough, and called Complete Exterminating. Shout out to Ted Franco, he is my HERO for the day! I went to the upstairs bathroom in the middle of the night and something flew out at me, turned out it was a POSSUM hanging out in my bathroom. I slammed the bathroom door and tried to go back to sleep. This morning I called all wild animal control places I could find trying to get someone out to catch and release the possum. Appears that they have to get a special license to pick up possums in the area. After a dozen calls, I found COMPLETE EXTERMINATING in Vancouver that came out within three hours (they were an hour early), got the possum that

Ted and his crew are amazing!! They value customers satisfaction!! I highly recommend them to everyone!! Also there prices are very reasonable!! I had them come out and after two weeks my ants came back. I contact them immediately and they came the next day at no charge and completed phase 2 which that helped! I've been using Complete Exterminating for well over a year and really appreciate their responsiveness and level of professionalism. If I ever experience additional issues between regular services, they come out and treat for free. Devon is usually my exterminator and is always friendly and attentive to our pest issues. Pest control is a must in my area and they make it pretty painless for a reasonable price.

We just purchased a home and our inspector found wasp nests in the attic. After we closed, we shopped around for exterminators and came across this company. I'm fighting a nasty cold and can barely speak, they handled everything from start to finish over the Yelp app. Upon arrival, Keith informed us that while there were cones, there was no sign of active life and no need to treat, but that we could call them out spring time to put in traps to keep them away. He also suggested closely monitoring our pine tree as they make nests there as well.

Minus 5 stars if I could! I was on a call with Ted from CE and he asked me how big an area I needed treated for a mole. I didn't anticipate this question and was on my way to estimate the area, when he rudely said that unless I had an exact measurement, he couldn't help me and put the phone down on me. So rude. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can imagine that customer service will only get worse from there.

We had a pretty big ant issue in our house. They did one treatment and have come back subsequent times free of charge to make sure the issue is resolved. They are professional, responsive, and courteous. I would recommend them and plan for them to do more periodic treatments to keep the little critters at bay.

We got a great quote and contracted with CE to do the work. We understood we needed a 30-day follow up and then four three-month follow-ups. We were good with that arrangement. After the first application, the owner required that we pay for not only for that initial work but the 30-day follow up work as well. My husband stated that he preferred to pay just for the work done at this point, and then for subsequent work as it was done. The owner got hostile and stated we wouldn't find a better rate anywhere. I had wasps problem in the front yard of my house. The opening was on the ground, under a small tree. In the beginning there was one opening, about the size of the opening of a one GA milk jug. One day I noticed a second opening about 16" from the first one and wasps were busy in and out of both openings. I called a nationally known company first to get a quote. It was not easy to get a simple and direct answer. With persistence, I was able to get a quote that it will be in the ball park of $100-200.
