We have been nothing but impressed by the quality of customer service and treatment by Columbia Pest Control. We were referred to them by our realtor, and they did not disappoint! The first time we used them was to treat our active rodent problem in the crawlspaces of our new house, and they came back to do follow-up visits which was included in the initial cost. The second time we used them was to treat our ant problem in the summer, and that too was completely eradicated within one follow-up visit.

We had a big issue with spiders outside and inside our home. They sent a nice young man named George at the agreed upon time. He explained what he was going to do and that the spray he was using would not affect our 2 cats or the many and birds that. It’s you backyard, which was important to us. He was quick and professional. We will defiantly call Columbia pest Control again.

We bought a new home and it came with LOADS of problems( Carpenter ants, mice, army ants, bees, beetles) it was crazy! We tried battling them ourselves for over a year because I am cheap and have little income. After realizing I was in over my head and tired of being frustrated George came out and one week after he was here we noticed a Huge difference. We still have some troubles with mice from time to time but we have thirteen acres with lots of wildlife that we wouldn’t want to be affected.
