Rewind to June 26, 2021. I received the dreaded call that the AC has overflowed into the downstairs restroom. Panic stricken, I start calling companies to come help put a stop to the spread of water. Got a referral from my plumber to Quality Restoration and got in contact with Tyler right away after I found out about the water leak at my rental property. This ain't my first rodeo dealing with restoration company and I hate to say I had such a bad experience previously so I had no expectations.

Woke up on morning and found half my house flooded with water shooting out from behind toilet, a complete mess !!!! I didn't know where to start being in a panic situation. I searched Yelp and Quality restoration was the first company I call due to good reviews. I explained the situation. Tyler was very professional and said he could come out within an hour .. Tyler provided assistant and advice to handle situation due to the amount of water and damage. I hired Tyler and his team to do the work required .

Had Tyler and Paul come out on short notice for an emergency water leak...This was based solely on a yelp review and personal conversation I had with Tyler. They did a great job and I have since recommended them to friends who were suffering from smoke damage. Quality Restoration did an amazing job remediating water damage on multi-levels of our home. Cody, our lead technician, was hands-down exceptional, and we are so appreciative for his dedication and attention to detail. Quality Restoration more than exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. Professional, on time, and most importantly they do incredible work that they stand behind. We had a flood in our home late one night and Quality came out at midnight to stop the leak and begin the dry-out that same day. After the dry-out was complete they restored my home to an even better state than it was before the leak occurred. We experienced our washer flooding our entire downstairs in the middle of the day. My husband found Tyler who came over within 20 minutes along with his crew. Tyler took charge and answered all our questions and calmed us down. Walked us through what we should expect and reassured us that all in all it would be ok. Tyler even came out on a Sunday when we called him about a concern a few days later. I would highly recommend putting his contact info in your phone for that one time you might need them.

I left a review on yelp, but I thought I’d better leave one here too. I called three other companies beside Quaility, and they were not as knowlediable or as responsive. Quality restoration took good care of us and gave us great advice. They responded to my call quickly and were very professional. I strongly recommend them. If you live in the Corona/Norco area, make sure you call them first.

We have a leak on the refrigerator ice maker T water line and some water damage on and inside the drywall. Tyler is very knowledgable on water damage restoration as well as insurance claims proccess etc. He is very patient and detail in explaining the whole situation to us. I like Tyler very much but I hope I don't have to use his service again. I would definitely recommend Tyler if you have water damage. He did a great job on our property and also can advice on insurance matters as he is very experience in dealing with insurance.

They came to help out with our house within a few hours. When we called Servpro, they told us to call them back again in the morning. Quality Restoration came out cut holes, and had fans running quickly. Tyler was professional, and offered me a reasonable quote. Hopefully I'll never have to, but if I need help drying stuff out again, I would like to use them again.

I had a flood at my home in Corona and I found a Quality Restoration on Yelp. It was late at night and I didn't know who to call. two technicians come out and stopped any further water damage. Tyler worked with my insurance to get everything covered and in my best interest. I'm happy with how it was handled and their communication throughout. My house is back to normal and I can count on them if it happens again.

Tyler was so calm and friendly. He & Jason were polite, neat, and very calming.
I had a water line break. By the time we found it there was 3" of water on the floor and it had traveled under the wall into another room. It had already flooded 3 rooms and the water was heading for the carpet in 2 other rooms. I was starting to panic.Tyler Vest was referred to me by a trusted source who contacted him for me.
Tyler called me within minutes. They looked at the situation and assured me that it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected

I would highly recommend Quality Restoration for your water damage and restoration needs. My husband and I own a condo unit in Lake Elsinore but live in Ventura county. Our renter called and informed us that the neighbor's pipe had burst and flooded not only the neighbor's unit but ours as well;we knew we needed to act quickly.
