Floods, leaks, and sewage backups can lead to discomfort and health hazards in your home, and can eventually cause the build-up of mold as well as serious structural damages. We specialize in an innovative non-invasive drying process that minimized the damage to your floors and walls and brings you home back to normal faster than conventional methods.

The key to mold control is moisture control. When excess moisture is left inside building materials, mold growth can begin to grow in as quickly as 48 hours. Mold can grow without direct light. Even the smallest of leaks can damage your building. The inside of walls, behind cabinets, mirrors, baseboards and wallpaper and even under carpet can be damaged.
Flood Pro offers structural leak detection services. Our water intrusion team is able to come in and troubleshoot your moisture intrusion issues and pinpoint the cause of the problem. Finding a leak is not as simple as it may seem. Water can penetrate a building's envelope a number of different ways.

I am not one to write many reviews as I am usually "satisfied" with performance and finished product but I feel obligated to say something about this experience. I will preface this by saying we had a flood in our condo and HOA covered the cost of 80% of the final bill (I added 1 room and tiling of fireplace in addition to what HOA agreed to pay). The total bill for 671 square feet was over $9500. Seems excessive to me but that is not my issue. The supplies themselves were less than 2k, so profit margin was huge. Problem I had was that it took a week to install 671 square feet of

Flood pro was called from HOA and arrived the day of flooding on Aug 31st. We had to leave and go to a hotel. I came back the next day to all our furniture and belongings from the master bedroom and bathroom and hall bathroom moved/put into boxes and placed into the living room. The hall cupboards were taped off and I couldn't get to my $2300 cash that was packed away in my secondary makeup bag. Two days later when I was able to tear down the taping and retrieve my makeup bag all of my cash was completely gone---stolen from our house!!!! For your reference, I will post a pic of the police

So, I was out - They moved all me things. They took all the things out of my medicine chest and hide them. They were not working in the bathroom. They cut holes all over for no reason at all. They destroyed two of my ceiling fans. My Medicines all gone three month supply - I have no idea what I am going to do about that. They took down all the picture in rooms no work was being done in. My husband and I contacted Flood Pro on a Monday evening regarding a leak in our bathroom which caused a swimming pool UNDER our bathtub, and water damage into our living room, hallway, and bathroom. By Tuesday morning at 930, two servicemen were over and at work. They were professional, efficient, communicated with us their process throughout the entire ordeal, and even tolerated my two toddlers who talked their ear off the whole time, with grace. On Thursday, the came back, picked up their equipment, triple checked everything for quality, and cleaned up after themselves. Matt (their supervisor

When you have to call a water remediation company out its never a good situation. Typically in these types of situations, responsiveness and having a calm demeanor is critical. For many homeowners this can be their worst nightmare and a very stressful time. Recently i was working with Brian regarding a water leak that happened in the adjacent condo. Flood Pros was able to come out within a couple of hrs of contacting them to start the remediation process. It took about 10 days to complete the remediation process. Once completed our HOA authorized for them to also do the repair. All the folks

This rating is based on my experience to date. I had a slab leak end of June, and per my HOA, they sent out Flood Pro. Flood Pro came out to do an estimate on repairs on July 8, and they just FINALLY sent back an estimate on July 27. It took them 19 days to work up an estimate, after many follow ups. That's a ridiculous amount of wait time, and work hasn't even started yet. You can't tell me it's because of COVID because my allstate adjuster and a separate vendor submitted their estimate to me in 1 business day. Very poor communication.

Flood Pro was very responsive! All their staff is extremely friendly and patient. They explained everything and helped us through this tough time of dealing with damage to our home. They were patient and persistent in dealing with the insurance adjuster! So thankful that we went with them. Hopefully we don't have any more water damage, but should it happen again, we would choose Flood Pro without a doubt. Highly recommended!

The initial mold remediation was good. The company was relatively fast even though they closed on office holidays which delayed the work. However when it got to the rebuilding and Brian took over, it was horrible. He doesn't get back to you, nothing gets done and he doesn't return calls. I've complained but nothing seemed to speed him up. I would never use them again. Their rebuild side is so disorganized and slow. If you want to wait months and pay the same for an efficient company then choose them.

I reached out to Matt and his company because I wanted to understand the process of water restoration. The water restoration company that we hired to take care of water damage caused by the water heater bursting in our rental home was not moving forward with drying or cleaning the area. Every time I asked them if they were going to dry the area they would throw out the scary "Mold" word. They said they could not dry out the area because of this. They did not open up the walls or remove the wet building materials to begin the mitigation process and instead let the home sit with the dehumidifiers

with since they have been contracted. Timely work, professional and always looking out for my best interest.

In case of an emergency, urgent restoration or repairs of any kind, they will be my first call again and I highly recommend they be your too. Can't say enough about the all round quality of this company.

During the heavy rains this year I had a leak in my dinning room. Flood pro made an effort to work with my schedule which was appreciated.
I have to say there technicians are beyond courteous and extremely professional.
They do a great job hiring high quality people. So a round of applause to the owner and management team.
They listen to my request and did high quality work.
Unfortunately, following the work I had the power in my back yard go out. It was no fault of flood pro just quintessentially water shorted a fuse. I had a electrician come out and fix it.
However, I did get the daily

Any one that has experienced a flood in their home know what a stressful experience it can be. Flood Pro is awesome and did a good job. Taylor was my everything during this time he calmed me down when I got excited and made the scheduling work for my life and job. Taylor you are the best and I really felt like you were there for me in a time that I needed someone to understand my frustrations and make them better. Couldn't of done it without it now that I'm not on your line all day you can go save someone else. LOL Really this company is the best and cares about their people.

3.5 stars is more accurate and all the phone calls to inform me of their work / progress round up my review to 4 stars.

First, my HOA called Flood Pro after I noticed mold. Tony came out to assess the water damage, which was much more extensive than we could see. He was here for hours, staying after a typical work day would end. For our health, the mold and water damage area was quarantined.

The following day, Flood Pro's staff (Taylor and Travis) established a customer service pattern of calling me to schedule inspections for progress their industrial dryers were making, noticing standing

Moving into our home we uncovered unexpected mold in both daughters living areas. We put the breaks on moving and while waiting for a different mold remediation company, our family of four bunked up in one room still in boxes. Fast forward 4 weeks of anticipation we decided to reach out to Flood One. They immediately stepped in with no wait and took the job on. They were thorough, professional and kind. They have a wonderful team and really put you into their best interest. Taylor was very informative and awesome at communicating throughout the process. I highly recommend flood one and wish we

I don't even know where to start with this company but to say that this is truly one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. We have had so many issues that I don't even have time to list them all here, spanning from poor customer service (even rude at times), literally 0 follow through, missing deadlines by a long shot, incomplete work, lack of communication on major things, etc.. Unless you are prepared for many weeks of headaches, I can not recommend going with another company enough. Since working with these guys, we have found there are other local companies that do the

I don't know where to begin with my dissatisfaction. First of all this company lacks communication. Many days they did not communicate their progress on a flood on my condo let alone if they are coming. Then there is someone named Taylor who lacks any follow through but is an excellent seller. Absolutely great at speaking to you and you're sold but once again nothing gets done. Lastly when they were hired to do the plumbing they tore down the vanity to pieces rather than disassemble it properly. There was no consideration for customer service let alone that this is someone's house
