Ryan is all about customer service! We recently hired Concrete Pros to do a major remodel and new extension of our patio and also build a new outside bar and barbeque area. After meeting with three different concrete contractors we decided to proceed with Ryan. We found him to be very knowledeable about his craft, patient and willing to spend time in the estamating process and accomaditing and willing to work with us on our design and budget.
Licensed contractors must abide by state laws with regards to ethics and standards of behavior. Plus the business must also be insured, licensing protects the consumer. Ryan and his crew were professional and did an great job. Ryan showed up when he said he would, quoted the job, made a deposit and the job was scheduled. They were able to match the stamped existing concrete around my pool. The crew even repaired 2 sprinklers that were broken. I would recommend Ryan and CONCRETEpros for any size job you have.

Ryan and his crew were professional and did an amazing job. They blended the old and new cement and it came out perfect. They ended their day making sure we were happy with the job and ensuring that they had cleaned up the site. Ryan took extra time to allow my kids to put their handprints in the cement too. If you want great service and someone that will not leave a mess behind when he leaves call Ryan!
