Professional Roofers responded to my minor repair with the same level and care of professionalism as an entire roof replacement. Birds had chewed away at my soffit vents and made a nest inside the eaves. Aside from the annoyance of birds in my house and the damage they caused it can be a health hazard. They responded quickly and kept me involved the entire time. 5 stars for professionalism and quality of service.

Professional Roofers did a great job on one of our rental properties in Nashville. With us not being local, they stayed in communication with us, letting us know when they would do the work. They emailed a detailed list of when they would drop off materials and how our tenants should prepare for the work. They did a great job and can't wait to see it in person!

Professional Roofers, Inc. was a great company to work with from start to finish. After contacting the company, they came out in a couple of days to assess the roof and worked directly with our insurance company to assist with our claim. They had our new roof installed, new gutters installed, and interior repair work from leaking done within a week. We were so impressed by the work completed and the kind and professional team that was sent to complete the job. I would absolutely recommend them for your next installation or repair!!

When the storm came through last May, there was enough damage that the entire roof needed replaced. A majority of the roofs in our neighborhood needed work. Professional Roofers Inc. had the work quoted, scheduled and completed within 2 weeks while most of the neighborhood was still waiting for quotes. Both the efficiency and quality of work were second to none. The communication was also excellent. I would highly recommend Professional Roofers Inc. for any roofing needs.

Professional Roofers has been a pleasure to work with. The business I work with had to take 3 bids for a roof installation (TPO to be exact). There price was 10K dollars below the next lowest bid. They were very expedient and were completed from start to finish in 4 days. That is with materials being delivered. They kept us in the loop by providing a very detailed quote and 2nd to none on the warranty. The warranty alone is worth investing and using Professional Roofers. I had access to the owner of the company at all times. He explained everything that was going to happen and if you had a question

It was time for a new roof and I shopped several companies. I hired Professional Roofers Inc in Franklin, TN. Their representative, Jason, showed up promptly as promised. He immediately gave me paperwork from his company explaining all that they offer, all the way down to copies of their insurance credentials to cover workers on my property. On the day of the job itself, the guys arrived early and covered all of our landscaping and lawn area with tarp to catch all of the debris. Our home took two days to roof and they worked non-stop for those two days. Upon completion, it was hardly evident
