I wanted a couple of quotes before I made a decision on my Pool Builder. As of this morning Backyard Specialist is scratched off my list. First off the Appt. I had was at 9am. It’s 9:40 and no one showed up or called as of yet. I called the company 3 times already. Once for the guys number just to make sure I had the right one because no one answered when I called, 2nd was to see if they can reach out to him for me, so I can at least get on with my day if no one showed up. So the 3rd call was to let them know I’m good and I don’t want any services with you guys again. The lady at the company

After wrote the last comment, the owner called me and he said that he will send some guy to fix all problems....... after 3 weeks he never show up..
I texted him many times and responded a few text; and now disappear ...
Now I have another issue too ,they didn’t install the flow sensor, and now I have the alarm in my phone every Time is rain and the pool is over flow....!!!!!Also I sent to him the picture with the granite countertop with all water for like 3 days, because it is unlevel....... terrible...
I went To his office and most the tie is closed..
I txted to his brother or uncle that
I texted him many times and responded a few text; and now disappear ...

Overall, I am satisfied with our pool and spa that BPS built a year ago. The pool and spa are beautiful and our family is happy. So why 2 stars? One word...service. Yes, the pool and spa come with 3 years warranty but good luck getting them to come out to your house to fix anything, especially if you live in Sugar Land. I had an issue with fire bowls that BPS installed, 1 year later the BPS owner finally came out to resolve the problem. Yes, BPS did call the company who made the fire bowls (CSW creations) who were great but why didn't the owner of the pool company come out sooner? Also expect to

Joseph and his team were great in taking care of EVERYTHING POOL related, and also provided recommendations for additions to the house. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC! I have recommended Backyard Pool Specialists to several neighbors and friends. We would DEFINITELY use Joseph and his team in the future.
