Favorite storage in Dayton Ohio staff is awesome I have two units there they're really close together next to each other but they're close together and the key to the parking lot nice and clean everybody's friendly and it's safe

They are super nice and friendly. They do a great job and I've had no issues with my units. The only issue is sometimes at this location there isn't someone there. So i just go in the am and their is always someone their then.

So far they have been easy to deal with and offer a good price. Hours are not 24/7 but reasonable. It's unfortunate that the owner doesn't have the drive to the place repaved as it's full of horrible potholes.

Dog viciously attacked me. Very Unprofessional!! I didn't even want to come in person because I knew this animal would be there. And sure enough, the dog attacked me this trip. It's just a matter of time before this black mutt bites or injures somebody or a child. I can't even let my twelve year old out of the car because he may get mauled. Leave the psycho dog at home. This is Supposed to be a Business!!

Never, ever use this place. It is a scam. I lost my job. I missed TWO payments and they DOUBLED what I owed and are auctioning my stuff. I told them WHEN I LOST MY JOB that I was not going to be able to pay for a couple months, they told me it wouldn't be a problem. They are stealing my motorcycle and all my stuff for a $124 bill.
