Very friendly staff, the process was quick and simple. Prices are better than other storage units I researched. The units are nice, clean and the 10 x 30 that I am renting has two roll up doors for easy loading and unloading.

Brandt Storage is a good place. Gravel roads between the storage buildings, but the units are large and well built.

Customer service is not the strong suite. Lot is gravel, dirt base so if it rains a good bit don't take a clean car. Driveways are lighted, but units are not. The facility served its purpose.
**Reply to owner** You're right, I wasn't the one to fill out the original paperwork. I was however a customer for 2 yrs along with that person. The few times I had to talk with the attendant it wasn't good. You would think someone trying to make sure the rent was paid ahead of schedule would be a good thing instead of treated as an inconvenience. That's why I submitted a review. .

Recently visited a few storage facilities and made the decision to rent from here. Seems to have their act together. Secure with fencing, cameras and gates. Friendly staff and even helped me move a couple of my items.
