When shingles are delivered to your home, please check the color and Email a confirmation that the material is satisfactory and acceptable to KClowe@intertateroofingllc.com. Note: Roofing of your home will not commence until we receive confirmation. Be prepared for noise! There will be constant hammering for 2 to 3 days and or the amount of days need to completed all work.
Once you have seen hail, high wind or noticeable roofing material missing, it is highly recommended that you contact us or a reliable roofing company and request a free inspection. However, even though you may not see leaks in the interior of your home or business, that does not indicate that there is no damage.

Ben Laird, one of the superintendents of Interstate Roofing is awesome. Very responsive and helpful. I had some leaks in my garage roof and Ben was able to help diagnose the issue very fast. He was very honest and straightforward with me, which I appreciated. I would use Ben and Interstate again in the future.

Highly recommend Interstate Roofing. Keith was great. Very responsive, yet patient to work on my timeline and with insurance/dogs... during Covid quarantine (yes, we all kept our social distance). Ask about the high-impact roofing that will pay for the upgrade (for me) in less than 3 years via discounted insurance.
Note to ask him about house… painting (or anything else) - He also took care of (contracted) painting to knock the two out side-by-side and save time/hassle. In doing so, they repaired some rotted eaves before paint and roof.

Roofing SPRING 2019. Mart Melson at Interstate Roofing LLC did an excellent job replacing/repairing roof and related items. Worked with insurance company to get more claim funds for additional supplemental items. : Always timely and kept his word. Quality materials and workmanship. Completed the roofing shingles in one day. Obtained claims funds for all new gutters/matching paint, all new window screens, power wash and re-stain fence. Set up and competed all the work for these extra items. Spent a lot of time onsite when work being performed. Made sure property completely cleaned up. Highly recommend

Keith did a very through job helping me through our roof claim after a hail storm in Carrollton. His non-imposing approach and demeanor made it easy to ensure we were aligned on expectations and requests. He assisted working with HOA and insurance to take it off my plate completely. Highly recommend Keith and Interstate Roofing! From first meeting up to work completion, this has been the easiest contract work ever. Keith is a very genuine person. He's very responsive to calls and emails. The crew completed the majority of the work in 1 day. The second day was really quick to complete. I did not find a roofing nail anywhere when they were done! Two days later, the February downpour started. Not 1 leak or sign of water damage anywhere. I will definitely use Interstate Roofing again AND recommend Keith to anyone needing roof work.

Interstate Roofing was a great company to work with! Keith is absolutely wonderful on his follow up and persistence to get the job done right! Our house had a ton of damage done to it from the McKinney hail storm in March of 2017 and he worked with lots of different vendors to make sure that we had all of it done to our satisfaction. We were referred to this great company by our pool remodeling company and could not have been happier with the result. Interstate coordinated all their work with the renovation of our entire backyard and new windows! The workers were efficient, careful and did great work, leaving the yard, shrubbery and the street/alley spotless! Interstate also referred us to a great gutter company. Keith was great and provided additional assistance to handle my 'Non-Standard Insurance situation'.
Work itself went smoothly and Keith stopped by several times during the work, so at no point did I feel it was unsupervised. He checked the job after it was complete and promptly addressed a few minor issues. Clean up went well.
Roofs are no fun to get, but if you have to get a new roof; Using Interstate is a good choice!

My roof was damaged during a past hail storm and I waited to replace it while watching all my neighbors have theirs replaced. Most companies only replaced one roof in the neighborhood while Interstate Roofing Company replaced half a dozen.
