I highly recommend Blue Fox for your garage repairs. They are extremely professional and reliable. Our garage door was stuck in the open position and partially off track with messed up cables. We were dealing with our Home warranty to try to get someone out and they couldn’t get someone out here until a few days later.
I called Blue Fox and spoke with Crystal. She got me set up with an appointment immediately and Jason came out same day, within a few hours and fixed the door (he actually came out a few hours earlier than scheduled). We were able to use him out of network and submit for reimbursement

Reliable and Trustworthy! Those are the two things you look for when acquiring any home service. It's what I consider key when fixing garage door issues. Shout out to Jason at Blue Fox and customer service specialist who helped with scheduling on a Saturday morning!
So on a Saturday morning, attempted to open the garage door and wouldn't lift more than an inch off the ground. Tried manual lift and it was not too heavy to lift and noticed that carriage brought the door down smoothly but couldn't pull it out. Our garage door panels were cracking, so we called Blue Fox for a repair,but ended up buying a new door. Gabe was our first contact with Blue Fox. He check led out the door, discovered how it had deteriorated and explained our options. He temporarily put a bandaid fix to keep the door from failing. We ordered the new door, and it was worth waiting for. Daniel started the job by himself, and worked diligently and methodically. After a while, Brad came to help Daniel with the heavier panels, etc. Their finished work is beautiful and quiet! Highly recommend Blue Fox!

I needed a new garage door and they were not the cheapest but they were not the mode expensive. They gave me a time quote which was updated regularly and spot on. When the first was ready the techs were prompt and responsive letting me know they were going to be a wee bit late as the prior job went over. No worries! They installed the door, professionally and reviewed the installent guide lines . I recommend them!

The drive belt on my 17 year old LiftMaster needed to be replaced. Met with Gabe from Blue Fox, he explained that the drive belt and rail should be replaced together and gave me a competitive quote. I gave Gabe an approval and he proceeded to remove the existing drive belt/rail and install a new one. After the install, he adjusted the door open/close travel. The process took 30 minutes and now the garage door opens/closes just like it was when it was new.

Highly recommend Blue Fox. We had both garage door lifts replaced within a few months of each other. Both times they were quick in responding, and thorough in the communication after scheduling an appointment. Each time they offered a complete line of available door lifts and were transparent in their pricing and availability of what they had on the truck(s). When it comes time to replace our doors, we will be sure to call Blue Fox again and have them back out.

I spoke to Brad the day our garage was having trouble and he was quick to get us set up with an appointment the following day. Keith came out and sent us a message when he was on his way - he was on time, professional and definitely knows his stuff! He was able to explain the different things that were wrong and even made suggestions on things he wouldn’t do until later to save us some money. These guys are honest, upfront, professional, affordable and were awesome to work with! I contacted blue fox with an actual text message. They Responded right away, asked me what I needed. Responded right away with a quote and an appointment. Both my motors were fixed the next day and new belts that make it nearly soundless when the doors are opened.
