We own & operate our UL Certified Central Station Monitoring Command Center right here in Kansas City - not out of state or sub-contracted. Remote Arming if someone forgets to arm the system (with commercial premises we have supervised open/close to ensure the system is armed by a certain time).

Fire, Smoke, and Heat: Detectors will be installed per local & national code requirements (NFPA-72 & UL) in order to comply with your local Fire Marshal and Insurance requirements. We have been using Jade Alarm in our commercial buildings for alarm and fire protection for more than 10 years. They are ALWAYS professional and helpful, and it's one of the few places that has a human answer the phone when you call. When we have issues with our complicated alarm system, they always have it fixed within 24 hours and offer solutions that give peace of mind while you wait for the service tech. The process from beginning (scheduling, determining services) to end (each day of installation, system walkthrough) was extremely professional, punctual, and communicative. Kirk and Jed were very patient and thorough throughout the whole installation process and were pleasant to have come to the house. Jessica and Alan were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend reaching out to them to either if you are in need of their services.

Jade alarm company is consistently great. They follow through and their staff is incredibly friendly and thorough. We've been with Jade alarm company for over 10 years and I speak to the same staff on a regular basis. Employee retention is key for a small business to succeed. I would not use any other alarm company in Kansas City at this time.

I have several million dollars in property's protected by Jade alarm. They do my intrusion alarm, my fire protection, card access, camera's and door controls along with monitoring of said systems. Top shelf customer service and fast response times make it a no-brainer to use Jade for all my security and property protection. I have shopped them all even tried a different company on one building after they promised to be the best.......Jade has been covering that building for years now because that company failed. Bigtime.
